This report analyzes the inefficiencies in operations management, particularly within the context of McDonald's customization efforts. Operation management is all above refers to activity where operation manage develop
plan for product efficiency improvement and engagement of new product services with proper
planning, identification employee behaviour, instruction and many more. Consideration about
this activity its essential that operation manager develop suitable and realistic planning which
have some potential to generate revenue and develop goodwill of company (Reid and Sanders,
2019). McDonald's is all above food seller industry in various country and their major product is
different type of burgers. Organization operation management and top management decide to
implement customization product activity to reach customer attraction and develop revenues.
This study will provide information that how origination faces challenges inefficiency of
operation manager activity and leads not properly manage new work forces with suitable manner
and recommendation of operational inefficiency.

not consider developing proper strategic planning with identification of employee behaviour

leadership activity is mainly influence performance of new product development Because it
influences the performance with suitable manner. Consideration about this activity their top
management has to develop proper planing and if they engage leadership activity in organization,
so they have to develop planning of operation process impressiveness (Olsen and Tomlin, 2020).

Challenges of new product development:
Almost every organization faces multiple type of challenges when they decide to develop
new business and new thing development in business. On the basis of evaluation its very clear
that Macdonald's decide that they provide customize food services like they cook bun according
to customer requirement, needs and provide fresh bun (Magon and et.al, 2018) . But they not
consider and think that it takes time so this approach is failure but if they decide to implement

production process. Leader has responsibility to provide idea to employee that they have to do

Macdonald's industry decide that they provide fresh bun and customize product, but they not
implement planing like they not decide how much time takes for bun making, which technology

Poor scheduling:
Effectiveness in new project development and achievement of success mainly depend on
scheduling which means distribution of work, technology, production machines performing well
or not and evaluation of many essential aspects. Poor planing directly influence staff conflict
which is part of poor scheduling. Clear instruction to employee is essential but of leader not
provide specific and effective information it directly affects performance of employee as well.

Control is effectively managed by when operation leader develop and evaluate

promote and develop facilities makes more efficient attractive results which makes more

From the overall operation management understanding its very clear and consider that
Macdonald's make higher mistake because they not decide to engage and implement new
resources and effective plan with identification of customer demand, their management and that
they have large amount of customer, but they not develop production activity with engagement
or more machines for production and manageable activities. From the overall activities of
operation management its very clear that following and applying this overall tools makes
efficient and effective planning and it useful to generate revenues with positive manner, but the
major things is leadership decide and following effectiveness in provide information to
employee, so they feel more engage and performing their tasks according to proper utilization of
resources.

activity effectiveness mainly depends on proper planing, identification of employee reviews,
market forces and demands, time management, distribute work on the basis of their work
behaviour and their interest and many more. This study provided idea about Macdonald's faces
many problems that face cost issues from expansion of new project development they have to
consider proper operation management and develop effective leadership which has potential to
provide specific and effective information. It has been very clear from the report that effective

operation activity highly influence performance of organization and stability in planing activity
makes more effective operation plan and customer will defiantly satisfy with the plan.
