About the topic

developed within the organisation. This is regarded as the best aspect in which profitability of the
organisation can be minimised and at the same time various judgemental criteria can also be set.
This is concerned with maximising organisational performance in which profit can also be
maximised by using various sources in order to acquire success and gaining opportunities for
future sustainability (Reid and Sanders, 2019). Using such practices would be helpful for the
organisation to various frameworks within business in which recommendations and conclusions
can be drawn. The major purpose of this report is to develop perspective related with operations
management using different perspective so that overall aim and objectives within the business
can be attained. The research will be undertaking various secondary sources in which the major
purpose of collecting relevant information would be taken in order to develop significant
recommendation and conclusions.

company in which Randolph has worked. Netflix is offering per rental model in DVD system in
which subscription is given to their customers. As the company is associated with number one
platform which is having various competitors which is facing rivalries to the organisation.
Amazon: Amazon is regarded as multinational brand which is based over cloud
computing, artificial intelligence and digital streaming. This is one of the top brand which is

market which is providing edge to their customers in appropriate manner. The company is
having various competitors such as Apple, Microsoft, Google and Facebook. This is the online
platform which is expended their sell within various fields such as software, apparel, jewellery
and games. The company is having various market succession opportunities in which they have
such market scenarios in which the company is trying to develop revenue capitalisation.
