INTRODUCTION
The term operation management can be termed out as planning, organizing and
supervising the things in the proper manner. This firm works as make products, sell products to
design and manage the each things in the proper manner. This term is typically driven by the
business strategy. Supply chain management can be termed out as optimising the operations that
can maximise the speed and efficiency. In this, logistic can be termed out as planning, execution
and movement in terms to achieve the objectives of the plan.
The present report is based on the business activities of Royal Bromton Hospital
London. It is the largest hospital that is specialist in heart and lung medical centre in the United

management and this all brings systematic working in the enterprise. There are some key
principles of Total quality management as are-

that quality services of the firm can be improvised. In order to improvised the operation the
following recommendation has been given as are-

effectively. It will be inclusive of provide the service as surgery, intensive care,
respiratory, cardiology, paediatric intensive care patients (Ketokivi and McIntosh, 2017).
