which is good for the growth of an organization. In addition, business management can be
used for the success of a business (Anderson, et al., 2009). Besides, a customer can request
for booking a show using the website as well as social media platforms. The company wants
to manage all the things in a proper manner using technologies. All the crew members have
managed all the business functions using their phones and laptops. Thus, they want to
implement a responsible system to manage all the works in an effective manner.
ERP system can manage marketing and accounting in a well manner. This system should
provide better communication, collaboration, between clients and firms. All the events will
be published on social media and websites, which is easy to approach for clients. Business
Process Management (BPM) is a basic process to manage various things in business
(Callahan, 2019).

In addition, a small-medium enterprise (SME) can use the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system for building a good relationship as well as managing different
functions including marketing, sales, accounting, and many more. Moreover, Enterprise

Planning Resource (ERP) systems can be used for managing all the functions of a firm.
Besides, performance can be improved using BPM (Chaffey, Dave & White, 2010).
Besides, CC Music should require the business model to include various operations and
processes of their business. Moreover, the business process model has used for knowing the
workflow and other processes of a business, which is easy for management. The firm should
include ERP systems for managing booking and online payment facilities. thus, BPM has
provided proper strategies for business (Chang, 2011).
Business Process Model:
Business processes can be managed using technology in a better way. The company has used
a common approach for managing their business that is not good for them in the present era.
There are different types of software available for designing the Business Process Model and
Notation (BPMN) of the firm. In addition, there are many features of a BPMN for a firm in
its business and other processes. It has managed all the accounting, financial, marketing,
sales, and other processes. BPM has used for grabbing different opportunities in the business
(Chesbrough, 2010).
In addition, BPMN model has provided knowledge about the basic work flows of the
business functions, which is necesaoy for ananlysis various things in the business. BPM is
helpful in the understanding of connectivity between different activities of the company. it is
a common process to know and manage different operations.

and company. the sales team will make call to clients regarding the payment. In addition,
event will be confirmed after the approval of sales team. Customers can request for a booking
from website as well as other channels, such as mobile phone, and personal. It will improve
the relationship between the firm and clients. Sale team can be monitored all the transactions
using ERP systems.
BPMN is the best way to know about the flow of case and control as well. It will reduce
different types of issues and challenges in front of the company. BPMN has provided full
control and data from the company. Moreover, it has provided the best solution to the basic
issues and challenges of the firm. Moreover, the company should know about their strengths
and weaknesses, which can be used for different types of opportunities (Darwin, 2016).
Strategic Management:
SWOT analysis is beneficial for a firm to know about the strengths and weaknesses, which
will use for developing new opportunities for the company. The firm has used various
processes for managing their business. In addition, SWOT analysis can provide the strengths
of the firm as well as weaknesses. Analysis is necessary for developing new systems based on

has provided many applications that are useful for the firm, such as accounting, customer
relationships, marketing, advertising, social media, and many others. Apart from it, Odoo is
beneficial for less technical people (Opensource, 2018). Odoo has provided free subscription
for five users. In addition, reporting is easier with the Odoo about business functions (Marder

Odoo can be a good start for the company. It will improve the services of the company.
Clients can manage their requests and responses. All the processes can manage using this
software, without any pay (Bonaccorsi, 2003).
Part C:
The music industry has based on events and shows. Therefore, it is necessary to know about
events and shows. Besides, a firm should manage all the events at its end in a proper manner,
which makes a good impact on the clients. CC Music can schedule their events in a proper
manner using ERP systems. It can provide information about the events on the radio, TV, and
parties. BPM is a new trend for managing the business in the millennial world (Harmon,
2010).
According to the given case, the firm is SME. Thus, Odoo ERP system is suitable for them.
In addition, BPMN will provide help in their business (White, 2018). Moreover, a roadmap

various things that are important for business, such as business ideas, development of

roadmap has included four steps that are direction, connection, planning, and set up as shown
in the below diagram. In addition, BPM is helpful in the improvement of (Jeston, 2014).

The firm can get competitive advantages using ERP system. It is a necessary process to know
about our target audience that considers in the business idea. Many people are available on
the social media platform. Thus, the firm should focus on social media using technology. It
will make a strong connection between the audience and the company. the company should
plan for various problems, which can be faced in their business. Therefore, website and social
media account will be used for focusing on the target audience. Businesses can success
because of targeting the right audiences (Trkman, 2010).
Next is phase 2 in which three important things will be considered by the firm, which are the
audience, product, and money as shown in the below diagram. In addition, the music business
is based on the audience. Thus, it is necessary to consider the audience by the company,
which is a source of income. The firm can sell its audio and video of concerts and
performance to its valuable customers on a basic fee (Post, 2018). Phase 3 of the roadmap has
included two things, which are growth and scale. Both growth and scale are important for the
firm. In addition, digital transformation will provide huge growth to the company. There are

of details of their customers for the future. In the case of business, customers relationship is
necessary for the company. The firm can connect the website with the ERP (Jacob & Ulaga,
2008). Moreover, the company can take advantage of digital technologies, as most of the
customers are focusing on new technological innovations. It will be better for the company as
well as clients (Hutt & Speh, 2012). Additionally, Cloud Computing (CC) is an alternative

be better. Besides, digital business strategies are more successful in this field. Open-source
software is a better option for managing different types of services of a company. managers
can manage (Harmon, 2019).
Furthermore, open-source technologies will help in different types of business processes, as it
is more secure because of its platform. Besides, the firm can use other resources for securing
their systems. Firewalls can be used for the security of their systems. In addition, basic
processes can be used for improving the performance of the business processes. There are
some basic features of BPM, which are helpful in the design of a business model (Laguna &
Marklund, 2011).
In addition, there are many benefits of BPM in business strategies, which can be helpful in
the growth and success of the company. BPM can be used for improving the performance of
a system (Margherita, 2014). Besides, business process engineering is beneficial for
managing various processes (Scheer, 2012). In addition, the business process should be
managed using proper messages and collaboration. BPM can provide different ways to
manage the internal processes of a business (Seethamraju, 2012). It is a basic process to
manage the business functions of the company that can improve the productivity of different
services of a company. Therefore, many firms have implemented BPMN for managing all the
services.

There are some important recommendations for the company, which must be followed by CC
Music to improve its business in the international market, which areas:

 Develop secure online payment service for clients to avoid delays of payments
 Take feedbacks of clients and used the events

The firm must consider all these recommendations to grow in the market place. In addition,
basic services will improve using ERP systems. These recommendations should be followed
by all the employees to avoid mistakes. It will provide help in the development of new
processes of the firm.
Part D:
I learned about many things during this study, as the business process model is a necessary
thing to manage a business in a proper manner. I learned about the open-source software,
which is a new addition to my knowledge. Besides, BPMN is a conceptual model for
managing workflows of various internal and external processes of a business. In addition, an
ERP system is necessary to manage different types of business functions of CC Music, such
as marketing, accounting, and many others. Moreover, social media is a useful tool and
technique for marketing. I learned about the Odoo open source ERP system, which is suitable
for the firm from various points of view. It has fulfilled most of the requirements of the
company. In addition, Odoo can manage social media and other online payment processes in
an effective manner.
In addition, digital transformation is a new trend in the music industry. Thus, it is necessary
to adopt digital strategies and digital technologies for a high level of business. Besides, the
business process model has used for managing different types of issues and challenges in the

business. I learned about the SWOT analysis of the company, which provides the strengths
and weaknesses of a company. Ultimately, I learned that many processes can be managed
using different types of software.
I learned roadmap is necessary for launching a business in the market. However, basic
processes can be used for monitoring all the processes of a business. ERP system has
included other systems, such as CRM, HRM, and more. It is a common issue for all the firms
that legacy systems create different types of issues in the management of various processes. I
learned that technological innovations should be used for improving business processes. It is
necessary to improve the performance of a firm. Moreover, basic processes can be managed
