ABSTRACT
The memorandum aims to provide response to the supervisors according to their queries
regarding the operation management. Firstly, the response is provided to demonstrate the
MRP system. Secondly, the response is provided based on the singular supplier for the
organization. Finally, the respond provides an opinion on the thinking of changing the
strategy of chase demand to the level-capacity strategy as an aggregate planning.

It is hereby informed that MRP is the term used in data warehousing that need to use
proper process for day-to-day transaction for the organization. Hence, it is a time-consuming
procedure to enhance the potential of the process of material supply and analysis of the
inventory records. The time is required to make the entire procedure automated for proper
maintenance.
It is hereby to inform Furman that, there is a particular supplier who is sufficient
enough to supply all the required materials. In spite of eight different suppliers the single
sourcing would be beneficial for the organization to manage time, energy and resources for
the business.
It is hereby to inform Rhonda Waters that, the thinking about changing the chase
demand strategy into level capacity strategy is interesting and beneficial. It would be an
effective planning with lesser investment for the inventory. It can provide the company a
stable rate of output and a stable workforce for the organization.
