2011). This study is being carried out on the Toyota's operational management. Toyota is one of
the leading automotive company that deals in the manufacturing of various automobiles. This
study is based on the company's process to manage its operational activities. Main aim of the
study is to provide information regarding operational management and to make analysis
regarding the process and role of operational management in the effective and efficient
production of goods that is being offered by company. Various operational management
functions, their use, process and role is being discussed in the study to provide necessary data.
