for various industries. This company also specialize in making CNC machine components,
robotic welding, bent, tubular products, CNC press break, powder quoting, torrent punching,
lesser cutting, turret punching, stamping and assembling. This company serves its services in
United States while providing most respected brands in the worlds. It provides assurance of
quality, value and technical expertise in its services. This company has mission of “committed to
satisfying every customer’s need by exceeding their expectation”. In the recent years company
has opened various offices, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Operational management
strategies of this company are discussed along with the collaboration of operational department
with other departments such as production, manufacturing, financial, human resource, marketing
etc. This report includes the importance of operational management, its implementation and
benefits of implementing these strategies. In this report, introduction of company along with its
