objectives. This present report is based on 2 Task wherein, 1st task will be depends upon the Hot-
Point which is European and American company. This organisation involves in the process of
selling, marketing home appliances. On the other side Task 2nd will focus on the Sunshine drinks
company which supplies the fruit drinks with effective flavour. Along with this entire report will
describe about significance of project management and their principles. Project life cycle or
business case will also explained. Apart with this solution of company's issues will also get
covered in this report (Artto, Ahola and Vartiainen, 2016).
