leadership not uses for the small projects. Small team of organisation done this project.
Planning phase: BPC Electronic organisation follow situational leadership style. They
change there plans accounting to the need of the organisation or can say that plans can change
according to the situation. This leadership style is applied on both large and small projects.
Planning of small project is more flexible than the large project. this leadership style is more
helpful for ever organisation.
Execution phase: In this phase, leaders of BPC Electronic organisation focus on the
development of the employees and team members (Eyers and Naim, 2019). Budget of large
project is also helps there leader for the development of individual employee. Through this they
increase there performance as well as organisation. In small project they cant effort all these
