INTRODUCTION
Operation management is the process of planning and execution of business plan and
other necessary process of things. It is the set of services that are mainly helpful in
manufacturing process which includes customer demands forecasting, production planning,
inventory control, quality management and supply chain management. Moreover, it includes
various important aspects of the overall functioning in management. Present study will be based
on operation and project management. This covers effectiveness of operations management and
their principles. For that, it represents two case studies where one is on Jaguar and on the other is
on Hotel Construction Project. This explains the overall system of project management from
different aspects. Further, it will also help to introduce or apply the concept of continuous
learning and improvements in an operational context. Product life cycle is another prominent
aspect in operation management. This will help to discover the effective growth through which
organizations can easily handle the functioning level of the overall process.
