 Management and operations is a way of planning, designing and
operating functions of a company in a systematic manner.
 This PPT covers various roles and functions of manager and leader
which helps company in attaining their goals.
 Along with this, some leadership theories are considered by
organization to overcome with different situations. In this PPT, key
