Reflective Gibbs model
Description:-
At time of preparing the project in class week. I need to also develop communication skill
for improving skills at time of presentation I become concussion towards working on projects.

Feeling:-
I was thinking about how should I will complete my presentation and project on time. I
was also thinking that no problems will be created in completion (Ivanov, Tsipoulanidis and
Schönberger, 2017). For this my team work has helped me for solving my communication skills,
and they developed more confidence for me that I can do presentation.
Evaluation:-
The good things was that my team members keep support and bad thing was that I was
feeling nervous about my work. As my communication skills is not so better through which I
was facing many issues and even I can't complete my work on time. From this I have also
experienced about various things that make my skills more developed and I think for next project
I will be more developed.
Analysed:-
I have analyzed about that my communication skills and for that I need to read out books,
watches motivational videos through which I can easily develop my skills. Solving problem also
lead to my weakness and here in this presentation my team members have supported me.
Conclusion:-
I have need to improve skills through which I might be also ready for doing the next
presentation and that could also my skills well-developed (Gibbs reflective cycle, 2017). I need
to make time table for developing skills by using various sources and making more schedule that
could easily analyse about my other skills as well.
Action plan:-
If this situation will come again I will be ready with my skills developed and try to divide
my work among the various theme through it seem to be easier and make my work done fast.
