INTRODUCTION
Introduction to operation management logistics- Operations logistics is the organizational
approach in which organizational operations are being done, through which business is being
able to provide its services and products to customers. Automobile-Dacia is one of the biggest
automobile companies of Romania, the company tend to provide cars of different variety of cars
to customers at various geographic locations. Evaluation on strategic logistic of business in terms
of maintaining its products and services to the customers, also analysis on organizational
approaches for maintaining its efficient organizational services.
MAIN BODY
Introduction to company and introducing the two chosen topic- Automobile-Dacia is one of
largest automobile manufacturing organization, which tend to provide its services in domestic
and international market. The company was being founded in the year, 1966 at Mioveni,
Romania. The CEO of Automobile-Dacia is Christophe Dridi and currently Automobile-Dacia is
having more than 14,294 employees. Company is widely being known for its affordable cars and
due to which organization is able to attract a large number of customers because of which it is
having an efficient economic growth (Sabau and et.al, 2020). Through this it can ensure that it is
being able to make appropriate changes within the working process by which it is able to develop
new products. Thus through this approach it ensures that it is being able to achieve a high level
of customer engagement by which efficient economic growth can be accomplished.
First choice of topic and corresponding theories- Total Quality Management: It is the
organizational approach it tends to ensure that customers are able to achieve best in class
product. Due to which company often integrate several approaches by which new innovative
approaches can be integrated within the working process. Thus in order to achieve this proper
monitoring is being established by which overall working productivity can be increased.
Continuous improvement: Automobile-Dacia has to assure that new technological
advancements are being integrated within the working process (Pamucar and Iordache, 2020).
Through this it tend to assure that the level of services which are being provided to the customer
is continuously being improved. Thus in order to implement innovative approaches organizations
often develops several strategies to introducing new improvement.
Shewhart’s PDCA Model, this is the iterative four-step management method which is
being used by businesses to control its operations for continuous improvements for products.

This approach is being segregated into different approaches which are as following, plan, do,
check and act.
Plan: It is the organizational approach in which company tend to make several efforts by
which it can ensure it is able integrate all the organizational working requirements. Then on that
bases Automobile-Dacia is able to develop a proper working strategy, through which
concentrated actions can be made to improve the chances of goal achievement.
Do: Once the strategy is being developed then arises this stage in which the
organizational steps are being taken and concentrated actions are being taken through which
Automobile-Dacia guarantee that it is able to follow the developed strategy. Since the
effectiveness of the developed strategy is also not being identified because of which this stage
also act as an simulation.
Check: Once actions are being taken as per the developed strategy then arises this stage
in which company’s performance is being evaluated on the bases of closeness to the developed
strategy. Also with that the overall effectiveness of the strategy is also being analysed, by which
Automobile-Dacia tend to ensure that it is able to properly tackle the weak area which is
affecting its performance.
Act: It is the final organizational stage at which the developed strategy is being implemented on
the ground level. Through this approach company tend to assure that it is able to improve its
overall performance by which proper supply chain operations are being established, which will
result in high end work productivity (Schank, Murgea and Enache, 2017).
Employee empowerment is an effective organizational approach which is being implemented by
Automobile-Dacia within its working process. It is being done due to the fact that organization is
having a large number of employee workforces which is having an expertise in implementing
innovative approach, for fulfilling organizational requirements (Olariu and et.al, 2019). Thus
because of which a proper employee management approach has to be implemented by
Automobile-Dacia. Through which it tend to ensure that it is being able to achieve a work
productivity by which uniform level of organizational services are being provided to the
employees.
Automobile-Dacia tend to operate in an market place which is full with some of the
biggest market competitors like Astra which is having a large customer base. With that

organization also tend to provide its services at various geographic locations as well which act as
an effective customer touch-point.
Just-in-time (JIT) it is an manufacturing approach in which the product is being developed in
such that customers are able to achieve the product within the given time span. Through this it is
able to develop a positive image in front of the customers by which they can be insured that they
are able to achieve the product within minimum time span (Herman and Nistor, 2019). Through
which high level of customer engagement can be accomplished by the organization. While
reducing the chances of brand switching this will insure efficient economical growth.
Knowledge of TQM tools: Total Quality Management is the organizational approach
through which it ensures that it is being able to maintain a uniform high level of organizational
services to the customers. Following are the different organizational approaches by which it
ensures that uniform high level of organizational services can be maintained.
Pareto Principle: Pareto principle state that organizational consequences are being done
due to appropriate cause. Due to which Automobile-Dacia has to ensure that a clear
organizational target is being provide to the employees. Through which they are able to
implement appropriate step by which high target can be achieved. This happens due to the fact
that by having a proper understanding about the requirement and make suitable effort.
Control chart: Organizations has several departments with several complexities, due to
implementation of improvisation is an time consuming process. Thus through by developing a
proper control chart systematic implementation of the operations can be established. Therefore
control chart is an effective approach by which high outcome can be achieved in minimum
efforts.
Flow chart: In this approach in which a pictorial approach is being chosen by the company,
through which it ensure that a proper flow of operation is being identified (Găman and Ionescu,
2020). By which the chances of goal achievement can be increased for the company, this also
becomes important for the company due to the fact that because with this approach it can assure
that shortest path is being followed.
Check lists: Organizations like Automobile-Dacia are having several departments;
through which it tend to ensure that all the basic criteria’s are being fulfilled. Through this
approach it tend to guarantee that overall performance growth is being achieved and a strategy is
being followed.

Customer focus: Organizations have to assure that it is able to develop strategy by which
concentrated efforts are being established by which it is able to influence customers to maintain

Leadership: Organizational leadership has to assure that a proper organizational culture
is being established by which employees are having a proper understanding about the
organizational work requirement. Through which it can assure that employee is being able to
work such that a proper work collaboration is being established.
Process approach: Company has to guarantee that organizational approaches are being
concentrated such that overall weak areas can be improved. This is effective but also at the same
time Automobile-Dacia has to make sure that it is able to minimize the organizational
expenditures. Through which it tend to assure that desired work rate is being achieved.
Engagement of people: Automobile-Dacia has to ensure that its employees are able to
implement the organizational working on the ground level through which the desired outcome
can be accomplished. Therefore the strategy has to developed in context with the pre-established
machineries and also on the bases of strategy training is also being provided to employees.
Improvement: Automobile-Dacia has to integrate several innovative approaches within
the working process through which weak areas can be overcome. This is effective but also at the
same time company has to assure that capital investment is being done in an controlled way by
which efficient economic growth can be maintained.
Relationship Management: Organizational partnership are often being developed through
which the respective partner organizations assures that the partner organizations are able to use
their expertises for developing a new product (Ceptureanu and et.al, 2017). Therefore because of
which Automobile-Dacia develops strategy in context of such a way that proper partnership
activities are being followed and new product can be achieved.

affected. Due to which company has to make several creative approaches by which it tend to
ensure that it is being able to achieve a high level of organizational sales, by which overall
economic condition of the company can be improved.
Environmental- Environment consists of external market environment at which the
organization tend to provide its services. This is an important factor for Automobile-Dacia
because it has to guarantee that its customers are able to achieve new and rare products by which
their level of engagement with the organization can be improved. It is important for the
organization because if the customer requirements are not being fulfilled then the chances of
brand switching can be increased.
Social- Automobile-Dacia has to monitor the market offering and also with that company has to
closely establish a communication bridge with the customers, through which the organization is
able to identify their requirements (Butnaru and Ionescu, 2019). This is important because the
segmented customer base of Automobile-Dacia in the younger segment of customers and office
going personal for their high purchase.
Recommendation- From the above analysis it can be recommended to organization that it closely
monitor the organizational working and then on that bases has to integrate technological
advancements. Through which it tend to ensure that it is able to identify the changes in
customer’s buying behaviour with the organization. By which it can assure that it is able to
achieve a high level of customer engagement by which the chances of goal achievement can be
increased. Also with that it should also make efforts for securing its digital data from online
threat, by which it can guarantee that critical organizational is being secured.
CONCLUSION
From the evaluation it can be concluded that organizations often have to take creative
approaches through which it ensures that it is able to closely monitor the organizational working
process. Then on that bases develop a proper working strategy, through which the weak
performance areas can be identified, which are not able to work in such a way that organizational
requirements can be fulfilled. Also with that it can also be identified that integrating
technological advancements within the working area will allow business to computerise the
process of evaluating the effectiveness of the product in front of the customers.
