CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it can be concluded that operation management,
logistics and supply chain management are the important aspects to run a business activity more
smoothly. Quality management is an important approach to improving the quality of goods and
services of an organisation. Employees are managed in organisation for better task performance
and enhancing productivity. The flow of logistics and supply chain management should be clear
between supplier, firm and customers by which organisation have to meet the demand of
customers and satisfy their needs.
