A work breakdown structure and Gantt chart are used to provide a timeline and stages for completion. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including questionnaires and data analysis. INTRODUCTION
Joint venture termed out as key to effective innovation as this bring advancement to
upgrading product and service with respect to technology. It is defined business preparation in
which two or more than two enterprise shares the ownership, expense, return of investment,
governance etc. (Boer and Gertsen, 2017) Therefore, join venture occurs when two businesses
based on two or more countries forms partnership. Additionally, globalisation of business and
firms are growing at fast manner through international joint venture in terms to take the
advancement of opportunity in the world market.
The present research is based on to investigate the opportunities of exploring innovation
by join venture enterprise to improve quality of life in UK. However, study will be based on
business activities of Tesco. It is global leading brand that is engaged in retail services of grocery
items.
Furthermore, study will cover as to outline the aims and objectives on the basis of chosen
topic. Also, creation of project plan will be framed by undertaking required action to accomplish
the project. Lastly, reflection will be conducted in terms to evaluate the success of project and to
determine the usefulness in supporting organisational performance.

The present research is based on topic as to investigate the opportunities to explore
innovation by joint ventures to improve the quality of life within United Kingdom. Globalisation
of businesses and firms are rapidly enhancing particularly through international joint ventures in
terms to take advancement of opportunities in world market. Therefore, the enhancement in
mergers and joint ventures assist in terms to allowing access to bigger market and this is
associated with various cost advancement (Galbraith and McGowan, 2017).
However, this can be stated that globalisation bring both positive and negative impact on
working of the enterprise. Hence, globalisation enables the enterprise to raise the intensity of
research and development, innovation and capital in their output. Thus, aims and objectives will
be outlined as-:
Aim-

Objectives-
 To identify the impact of globalisation on joint ventures.
 To determine the significance of innovation on join ventures organisations.
 To analyse the affect of joint ventures on firm performance.
 To determine the suggestive measures that enhance innovation by creating join ventures
organisation to gain advancement of low cost.
P2 Produce project management plan.
Project management plan termed out as document that can be used in order to
communicate and detail information relate with research activities. This is use to define each
phase of project. However, project management plan will be inclusive of activities as are-;
Project scope- This is termed out as the part of project planning that is inclusive of the
determining and documenting the list of specific goals, deadlines and ultimate cost (Grayson
and Hodges, 2017). The present research is based on topic as to undertake the opportunities that
explore innovation by creating join ventures organization.
Project cost is considered to be the totals amount of fund which is needed to have proper
accomplishments of the work which have consistency of both direct and indirect cost. These are
the cost which are considered to be any expenditures which is having proper level of estimations
along the Monterey level of obligation which have estimated to be incurred in time of
completion's of the project. The project cost will be around. 200 sterling pound which is being
required t have effective composition of the projects.
Project Time- It is management which have the references to have overall projected level of
management which have maintenance of proper analysing of time period which is being required
to have proper completion of project. There is requirement of 8 weeks to properly work tin
project.
Project Quality is term to be the ability to have the proper performance which makes the
outcome more level of efficient and accurate at respective level (Lee and Trimi, 2018). The
quantity of the project will have the tended purposes in order to meet up the objectivist at certain
level .

Project Communication- the success of projects will have effective communication's as in
effective communication's will have in proper maximization to success and minimization of risk
at effective way. The researcher should have the suitability of purpose to have maintained in
quality.
Project risk are considered to be events will have not occurred as the planned along with
unplanned events which can have consideration over negativism impacts on the project. The
project should have proper identification of events in more successful manner along with
unknown are foreseen. The risk can be such as loss of data, theft and many more.
Project resources are the capitals, financial one, materialism and goods which are required to
have the successful level of execution in order to have effective comparison of the projects. The
resource required are such as work material and cost along with human resources and equipment
to have appropriates completion's of task which are associated (Natalicchio and Albino, 2017).

Work break down structure can be described as breaking of one task into sub parts to complete
the entire project within stipulated period of time. This is the hierarchical process that
decompose the entire project in a manner so that each activity can be completed on time and
issue of delay do not take place. WBS helps in make proper plan for completion of project and
complete it with desire quality. When each activity is subdivided then researcher can allocate
cost or funds to each unit in significant manner and the entire research project can be completed
within allotted budget as well (Zwetsloot and Bezemer, 2017) . If scholar has prepared well
designed WBS then it would be better in analysing progress of each activity in significant
manner. This project will be divided into several sections: first topic will be selected and aim
will be framed. After that data will be collected and research methods will be selected that may
help in answering research questions in significant manner. Once it is done then data analyses is
done and at the end final research outcome are presented.

Gantt chart is the most essential part of research project, it clearly describes schedule of
entire project and show in the vertical lines. It looks like bar chart on which schedule of project
is presented. Start and finish date of the research project can be shown on this Gantt chart easily
and scholar can evaluate the progress (Taylor Buck and While, 2017). Gantt chart shows the
dependency of one task on other , this reflects that how delay in one activity can affect entire
research project hence it is very important for the project manager of researcher that to monitor
progress closely so that issues can be resolved on time.

Research Methodology-
Research philosophy-
This method helps the researcher to get the insight and knowledge by observing the
sources and taking out actual facts from that. This method is considered slightly difficult as
compared to others because this model involves many differences which created difficulties for
the researcher. This model is based on observations on quantifiable data.
Research Design-
This aspect is a plan which is designed generally which answers each question after
conducting research. There are two ways to conduct a research that is qualitative and
quantitative. Various methods of research and strategies are also included in this research which
is linked with the collection and analysis of data. For this report researcher had taken qualitative
method so that new and other areas can be explored which helps to cover all the information
related with the topic (Vindrola-Padros and Fulop, 2017). Answers which are realized with the
help of this research are not conclusive because sometimes researcher has to change his path but
it did not disrupt the direction of fundamental aspects as they are new for the process of research.
Research Approach-
For this report researcher has taken deductive research which helped him to test the
assumptions on the basis of its validity. A approach is deductive when when the hypothesis is
either confirmed or rejected during the whole process. This approach highlights the issues of
migration of labour.
Data Collection-
This process helps in collecting the information from the sources which are available in
order to take out corrective measures and answers to the topic. For that there are two ways one is
to conduct primary method and secondary method. Primary method has been chosen by the

researcher and it is divided into two parts that is qualitative and quantitative. here, questionnaire
is used for gathering data. Qualitative method includes observing feelings, emotions, sounds etc.
behaviours which are non quantifiable. On the other hand, quantitative method includes
mathematical work and calculations.
Sampling-
This aspect states that some selected members in the whole population are taken in order
to conduct the study. It is not possible to approach people directly. If the large area is needed to
be covered then statistical method of sampling is used. There is no choice with the researcher as
size of the population is very large (Zokaei and Hines, 2017). This is the main reason that a part
of population is studied in every research. here, random sampling is chosen and sample size is 30
participants.
Data Analysis-
For the analysis of data either qualitative or quantitative method is taken. Aspects such as
interviews, experiments, focus groups comes under qualitative data. For the analysis of
qualitative data researcher needed to identify the common practices so that they can figure out
the aims and objectives of the research in a systematic way. On the other hand quantitative data
includes numbers, figures and interpretation in order to take out research findings. Researcher
has used thematic data analysis technique.
