When I was in college at that time I was always in search of some fun and hence I used to
spend most of my time in playing video games, watching movies and was less interested in the
study. As a result of this, my GPA drops down to 2.96. Hence, I left the school for almost one
year even knowing that I belong to a middle-class family. During the journey of this one year, I
came in contact with many people, most of them have left their studies. While interacting with
them they realized me how much it is important to get the education in the present world
(Maltese & Tai, 2010). They also realized me how education can improve the condition of me
and my family. These conversations left a very deep impression on my mind and have changed
my whole thinking process. I realized that if I will have graduation I will have numerous
numbers of opportunities to develop and there are many chances that I may get some new idea
that I will be able to convert in to practice aspect (Roorda, Koomen, Spilt & Oort, 2011). Hence,
I have decided to make a drastic change in my mindset regarding the education by spending
more time studying and will remain focused on gathering more and more knowledge. As I am
having the fun-loving nature which means I can make better use of this nature with the help of
internet technology. I can increase my interest by searching material related to my course on the
internet, make use of the online platform to develop my focus on study through motivational
videos. I will spend my time with the fellow student as well as with the teachers in case of any
doubt. Earlier I used to hide my doubt which in long run became as a stoppage for me. In simple
words, if my basic is not clear how I can expect any development in my learning. Hence, I have
decided to first clear all my basics related to my study, leaving behind my shyness and
uncomfortable nature of thinking what others will think about me if I will ask my question
(Ciani, Ferguson, Bergin & Hilpert, 2010). This shy nature and thinking about others perception
had actually created a wall between me and my studies and this wall had actually made me lose

my interest in studies. I will make use of novels as a source of developing my interest in studies
by fixing a schedule to spend almost 2 hours a day. I am sure that if I will follow this schedule
on a daily bases, it will develop a habit in me which will in long run take the shape of addiction.
I will also spend my time writing blogs related to the latest trend by reaching on related papers
written by scholars on that topic. The sequence of comments, likes and conversation will also
help in increasing my related knowledge (Hsu & Wang, 2010). I am sure that if I will follow all
these activities which I have mentioned above my GPA will grow much more than 3GPA and
there are many chances that I can become topper of my class.
