Kim requires a bunch of additional things that should be included in her luggage to make
her trip much easier and also less chaotic (Hong. and et.al., 2021). The major that needs to be
included are the important and necessary documentations which will be required at any
destination at any time in particular. The documentations precisely include the passport which is
the major necessity, all the flight related documents like boarding passes, or health related
reports if any necessary should be kept in handy, also if anything like scissors or knife is present
in the luggage for emergency situations should be kept in main luggage prior to the flight only
and not in the bag that is kept in hand.
Another requirement is that in some countries in Europe, foreign currency is not very
widely accepted and the currency of the particular country is to be kept in handy so that there are
no issues faced. This is specially the case in small towns or cities, that do not usually have access
to online payments as well. Another requirement is visa, when travelling to a foreign country that
is very relevant and to make the experience less stressful and chaotic, the visa of every place
should be issued before- hand only.

interests as well as experience in European countries (Chi. and Phuong., 2021). The customer is
able to choose from what kind of hotels they want to have their stay in, and if are a solo traveller
or with friends and working on a budget then it is best to live in hostels or zostels. These are less
expensive and also allows one to meet new individuals from diverse backgrounds. If the
customer has already done the activities and is not interested in doing all the activities mentioned
in the itinerary, then he or she can inform this to the travel company prior to the day the activity
is being conducted and choose another activity in the option list provided or else they might get a
refund. The refund list is given to the customer with the itinerary itself before the trip begins.
The trip is all across Europe and if the customer enjoys these four places and wants to extend the
trip then that is also possible if the company is informed one week in prior.
