2. Background
This report is the business case report which is prepared by the CIO (Chief Information Officer) which is
based on the mobile application that can be used for the mobile network-based functions by providing the
better services to the customers by replacing the current mobile network practices which consist of the
issues or problems. This mobile application is developed with the aim to provide better network services
to the users like providing the services of recharge by using the mobile application, tracking the usage of
data in the mobile network and also allowing the mobile application to track the recharge status which
will be quite helpful for the network users to track about their data usage.
It has been researched that many of the mobile network users are facing the problem of data tracking and
recharge for which they either have to contact customer care or have to visit the mobile network store
location to get the status of their mobile network but this Optus Mobile Service application aims to
remove all these limitations by introducing the application which is capable of providing efficient
services for the customers in the region of Australia. This application is also featured to provide cyber
security with the 4G plus network with all the other emerging technologies. It is helpful in following up
the daily operations and activities of the stores along with the skilled team which is ready to serve the
customer queries.
The proposal to introduce the mobile network servicing application by replacing the current networking
system is proposed by the manager of the mobile services company. The proposal for the same has been
evaluated by CIO (Chief Information Officer) and it was also concluded that this project will be quite
beneficial as it will be helpful in improving the functions of the mobile services and it also considered to
be cost-effective.
3. Proposed Solution
The above section is detailing the problems or the limitations which is being faced by the customers in the
current networking services of mobiles. The most important issue is of convenience and tracking the
recharge status along with providing cyber security while using the 4G plus network. Introducing the

don’t have to face any kind of problem and enjoy high-speed network with good quality and tracking
system. Also, it aims to successfully provide a valuable outcome to all the shareholders who are sharing
the value. Currently, the organization is facing the problem of the tracking system and online recharge
system which is burdening the staff routines of the employees. So, this project is developed with the
motive to improve the satisfaction of the staff and improvise the network quality so that end users can be
satisfied. Also, in terms of monetary value, this project is aiming to replace the current system which is

consumers and end-user satisfied and happy. It is the prime focus of the company to provide the
consumers with the high-quality mobile network and other network related facilities easily so that they
don’t have to face any kind of problem and enjoy high-speed network with good quality and tracking
system. Also, it aims to successfully provide a valuable outcome to all the shareholders who are sharing
the value. Currently, the organization is facing the problem of the tracking system and online recharge
system which is burdening the staff routines of the employees. So, this project is developed with the
motive to improve the satisfaction of the staff and improvise the network quality so that end users can be
satisfied. Also, in terms of monetary value, this project is aiming to replace the current system which is
quite costly.
