I f I was to answer a question about oral health that I am unable to answer, I will try to get
knowledge about it in order to avoid such humiliating condition. I will put my efforts to improve the
knowledge and skill set that will help in carrying the operational and medical knowledge about the
type of operations that are been carried out at the workplace. Once I have get known to the answer
of a question related to Oral health, I would also try to contact the person who asked the question to
tell him/her about the answers. Besides this, I will also see through getting a help from my superior
authority from the staff that will lead me to get the proper idea about the operations and answers.
Consulting the senior personnel or a knowledgeable person will help in getting the right answer of
the question about the oral health.

Various measures can be undertaken within the organisation that will help in effective
controlling of oral diseases that will lead the organisation to provide suitable oral health measures
that will help in suitable planning and delivering of the health care measures are:
Increase the use of Fluoride: The effective usage of Fluoride as the medicine and fluorinated
water will help in improving the overall oral health and this will lead the rise in improving
oral health.
Improving diet and reduction of sugar in food: Sugar in food can lead to tooth decay and
loosening of gums. Hence, the health care organisations and individuals are required to look
after the consumption of sugar. Also sugar free medication can be utilized.
Increasing and encouraging the health care awareness: People can be encouraged and
motivated to follow the oral health practices. The organisations like NHS will see through
easy and effective accessibility of oral health care.
