the child/children’s oral language development in the Australian context. How are you going to introduce the
activity, what will you do during the activity (to involve the child/children and support their learning) and how
will you conclude the activity? (approx. 200 words).
Firstly, Literacy and learning activity will be considered and the second activity is communicating online. These would
support in enhancing the oral language development of children who sometimes find it difficult to interact or express their
ideas or thought processes.
The first activity is going to be used for understanding the vocabulary and spoken skills when participating in groups. The
teachers might use group activities like group discussions on few topics to encourage them in expressing their viewpoints.
For the second activity, the teachers might ask to make short videos in understanding their gestures and body language.
The topics needed to be chosen by the children themselves to maintain their interest levels and overall curiosity levels while
performing tasks. Parents might also be used to give some inputs for making the activities more presentable and
interesting.
The activities would be graded on their overall participation levels and eagerness to improve through cooperation and
