innovate some new products or service. Chosen company may adopt method in the context of
this procedure, in term of using mobile application to take order and help homeless individual
person for purpose of free laundry service. Furthermore, in term of innovation, firm may take
action to use area track devices which enable them to determine where needy people available
who need their help.
What innovative method has company utilize and how did it support them from a competitive
perspective
In order to determine consumer need and enhance their satisfactory level, Orange Sky
Organization may adopt digital marketing channels as innovative approach, which enable
management them to gain competitive edge (Melović & et.al., 2020). It helps to promote
venture and gain the attention of needy customers who may tend to obtain better social service
for which they may do not need to pay high prices as they are unable to do so.
