The language is a barrier in case of work
because people from different regions work here

very busy schedule and they have to take care of all the things at the same time. So we have made
some changes in the strategies of work to efficiently manage the time by keeping all the necessary
things such as file, reports other necessary things in the proximity of the patient. This will reduce
the time of going and getting things again and again.
Further some other things are to be kept in mind to develop the solutions. Such as self- evaluation
forms should be given to the staff and they should be asked to fill it b themselves. This will help
them to know that what al areas of work they are missing and what all they are performing well.
These forms will provide them motivation and develop a healthy competition among the members.
Other way of developing solutions is there must be some parties for the staff where you give them
rewards and token of appreciation for their work, this will also develop a feeling of strong dedication
towards the work. Respect others and their feelings because this will create a sense of brotherhood
and then each and every member of the team will co-operate with each other in the best possible
manner.

Mark was trained for six months and the environment was changed according to his convenience.
This was done so that mark could also work properly with the staff without any feeling of inferiority.
This will develop confidence in him and also he will find himself growing with others. It is the duty of
all the members to take care of him and also not make fun of him.
The team should be given some sessions of personality development as this will improve the way
of behaving of the staff with the patients and also the patients will be satisfied with the behavior of
the team.
The nursing staff should be able to feel what the patient is going through. If the staff understands
this they can make the patient calm down and handle the situation wisely. Whereas if the staff is
robust and does not want to understand the feelings of patients then the patients would also panic
a lot and a situation of havoc is created.
The staff should also know the technical stuff properly so that they don’t find it difficult to maintain
the records in the computer. This will reduce their effort and hard work (Bradshaw and
Lowenstein,2010).
