Project
AI Summary
This project management assignment details the development of an order-taking system using an iPad. It encompasses a comprehensive project plan, starting with the creation of initial project documents, including a work breakdown structure (WBS) outlining project phases such as initialization, planning, system development (designing, database development, application development, and testing), and closure. The project utilizes a Gantt chart for scheduling and identifies task dependencies. Human resources are detailed with their roles and activities. Key project elements include the identification of milestones and the critical path, which are crucial for effective project control. The assignment also emphasizes the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to manage project activities, ensuring efficient operation deployment. The project includes figures for the WBS, Gantt chart, and activity relationships, along with a table showing the milestones. References are also included, providing context and supporting the project's methodology.

9PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In order to overcome the issue of project holding up, the project should be planned
following the Critical Path Method (CPM) for calculating and developing the active operations
in the project. The deployment of the active schedule of operations would help in deploying the
effective control of strategies for the organization. The CPM would help in enabling the smart
deployment of the operations of the processes. The project activities and tasks are related to each
other in a chronic way with each others. The list of activities of the project is shown in the
diagram below,
