INTRODUCTION
The organisation needs to maintain an effective behaviour with the employees. This will
help them in order to retain multiple employees. The main focus is to help the employees
becoming comfortable and enhance their overall skills and capabilities. Most of the organisation
uses several techniques to improve the productivity of the workplace (Arslan, and Roudaki,
2018). Asda is the British supermarket chains which provide various products to the customers at
low prices. They are able to dominate the market by understanding the market conditions in a
systematic manner. It was founded in 1949 with the help of Asquith family. They have merged
with the diaries company in Yorkshire. In this report it will particularly analyse the organisation
culture politics could be used in order to improve the overall performance of the organisation. On
the other hand, there will be discussion about that in which the culture and politics will also
affect the team behaviour and their performance. Along with that, the major focus is to
understand multiple revolving theories of the motivation in order to boost the morale of the
employees for their growth in the future. For further instance, there are new group development
theories which will make the team to achieve multiple goals and objectives in the market. This is
surely beneficial for the firm they can use this to gain a competitive advantage over other

The organisation needs to provide a healthy working environment in which the

Culture – There are statutory values which need to abide in the workplace to maintain
effective working conditions. The work culture needs to positive as it attract new and talented
