Today more than ever, organisations must compete to attract
and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable
workforce committed to the work and the organisation.

Nowadays, the competition between organisations is increasing day by day and to sustain their
position in the market, organisations are hiring skilled employees. In addition with it, Law enforcement
agencies have to hire both skilled and stable staff that can stay committed to the organisation for a
long time and keep the secrets.

Demand of employees, who can provide a balance between quality and quantity of work, is priority for
organisations these days because of the competitive environment in the market. But also having a
workforce that can stay last longer with the corporation is the main priority for the agencies like Law
Enforcement.
