Today more than ever, organisations must compete to attract
and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable
workforce committed to the work and the organisation.
Paraphrasing example 1
In present date, in order to keep the knowledgeable and experienced employees in the organisation,
the organisation is required to compete with other organisations. In the agencies of law and
enforcement, the employees face challenges in maintaining a workforce that is stable in committing
their work towards the organisation.

At the present time frame the organisations that needs employees faces competitions with the other
organisation so as to keep the current employees with quality of work and also in attracting new
employees in their organisation. The agencies of law and enforcements also see this challenge of
retaining officials that are dedicated towards the organisation and their work.
