Today more than ever, organisations must compete to attract and retain high
quality employees. Law enforcement agencies face the additional challenge of
having to maintain a stable workforce committed to the work and the
organisation.
Paraphrasing example 1
Today, every organization to get the quality employees to be retained and attract them too and
it must require the mindset of competition. Many additional challenges are faced by the
agencies of law enforcement in order to maintain workforce who show their commitment to
work for an organization.
Paraphrasing example 2
The organizations today should more focus towards the competition with the fellow
organization in order to get the best from the employees and more such employees will be
attracted towards the organization. Similarly, law enforcement agencies got into more
challenges for a better and stable workforce. That shows their commitment to working and
towards the organization.
