and cite the information.
Below is a short passage that comes from page 255 of the journal article from Task 2. Using this

Today more than ever, organisations must compete to attract
and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable
workforce committed to the work and the organisation.
Paraphrasing example 1the
Getting the high growth structure in the any company, the organisation
faces a lot of extra problems. The working employees have the great
working capability. During the high or great working structure, stable
working situation is less in the company or any other organisation. Suitable
and complete working structure, in the organism manufactures the stable
working parameter.

Stable employment is the path function of the organisation or work station
to manipulate the performance of working situation. In the work station or
organisation a high and well professional employee is done the work
according to their capability. A high operational environment working
principle in the organisation creates quality work for the employee.
