and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable
workforce committed to the work and the organisation.

In the current scenario, competition between the firms is very crucial to allure workers with high
calibre and retain them. Maintaining a steady human resource, pledged to the task as well as the firm
is an added challenge to be confronted by some Law enforcement firms.

In the present circumstances, facing heavy competition is imperative for the companies to fulfill the
purpose of alluring and retaining extremely good staff. There are some additional challenges for the
law-enforcement companies to preserve a constant workforce and human resource loyal to the

login credentials. The article can be easily accessed using the search bar. I will enter the article into the
search bar in the SCU library which will direct me to the article page.
There we can select which type of referencing style we need for the article’s reference. After selecting
the article and the required specifications we can generate the reference for that article using a
citation button. The reference generated can also be used to identify the details of the article. The DOI
