Path goal theory of leadership- This theory is based on qualification of a behaviour and
style of the leader which work environment in order to get a goal and best fits the workers (Toga,
2014). The goal is to enhance the company employees empowerment, satisfaction, motivation.
So that by this they becoming cultivable or productive team in the Cafe Pod Coffee Co. It is
basically based on the Vroom expectancy theory in which a person will perform in a definite
manner to be followed through the provided consequences to all the team members.
Classification of path goal theory:
Cafe Pod Coffee Co. These type of role consider as resource investigator, team worker,
coordinator. If the concept of this role are used is an appropriate manner after this team
will achieve their goals in a very effective way.
There are several main variations among ineffective and effective team that is discussed

should motivate their workers through guiding them in a right way

Directive style- The directive leadership style taking a decisions on their own without the
intervention of their workers. it include as negative leadership way because the supervisors of
Cafe Pod Coffee Co. will adopt and then the workers might be demotivated and dissatisfied to
the way of their work.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that the organisational behaviour is essential
for the maturation and the growth of the Company. The employees will not be motivated if they
are not there for their growth and skills will not be used in appropriate way. It has been
terminated to encouraging and motivating the faculty members by Maslow's theory that has been
used in this assignment. Moreover, By the administrator teams can manage in a very effective
manner so that the goals of the organisation can be obtained. Furthermore, it has been concluded
that Belbin theory which can be utilised for creating effective team as well Path goal theory can
be used to track and lead members in the organisation.
