Introduction
Organisational behaviour refers to the technique through which an individual manager is
able to strategies its working and perform effective actions with respect to attain desired
organisational goals and objectives. The provided report document will highlight individual
reflective essay in relation to understandings and skills development in previous group
assessment (Hargrave, 2018).

For the process being while working in the groups, I was able to develop skill of
communication and participative decision-making. This would guide my efforts towards
attainment of desired corporate goals and objectives and under the technique I will be able to
ensure proper usage of resources while performing any activity or task allotted for completion of
group goal or objectives. In its reflection, it can be said that, I came across usage of several
models and theories of organisational behaviour through which managers of the corporate firm
analysis the business environment and then formulate on decisive planning and strategies to
attain desired goals and objectives of the business firm. Furthermore, several issues and
challenges in respect to apply such models and theories were being taken into consideration.Feelings
In the process being I felt that there are several standards on the basis of which role of
organisational behaviour on productivity of the firm has a greater impact. In its inclusion, I felt
that there is a huge gap between developing understandings in regards to theoretical and practical
knowledge. For the reason being there are several instances in business environment on the basis
of which an individual manager of the firm has to go through internal as well as external factors
that also sometimes degrade the performance or productivity of the corporate firm (Kim and et.
al., 2020).Evaluation
During the course of my project work, I was able to observe several business challenges
and issues faced at the time of operating in respective business environment. Under the given
scenario, I with my group members were being tasked to prepare report document over

organisational behaviour. For this, I was able to develop better understandings of the topic when
engaged in practical business environment.Analysis
In the analysis of discussion, it can be said that through taking effective application of
organisational behaviour models, managers of the corporate firm are able to develop better
understandings of the market. In addition to this, it can be said that in respect to changing
business environment applied principles and theories can be useful to operate flexible working
and avoids degrading the effective productivity of the corporate firm. Furthermore, it can be said
that, managers of chosen company i.e. Nike, opts to several decision-making strategies under
which an organisational firm is able to enhance its productivity and compete in given
marketplace (Nardella and Brammer, 2021).Conclusion
From the above stages of the reflective cycle, it can be said that, organisational behaviour
plays a vital role in enhancing the capabilities of the organisational firm. Through undertaking
relation with chosen organisation, it can be said that, effective working in the corporate firm can
be enabled and problems or issues faced at the organisational firm can be solved (yaxley, 2020).Action plan
For solving several issues faced at the time of organisation a suitable action plan is
required to support effective working of the organisational firm. The action plan will guide the
working in the corporate firm and will tract the effective workings produced in the corporate
firm. In its inclusion, taking considerations of theory and application of principles with
innovative or creative manner will promote better working of the organisational firm
(Falkheimer and Heide, 2018).
Conclusion
From the analysis of the above report document, it can be concluded that, individual
reflection plays an important role and guides individual's efforts in respect to self-assessment.
Furthermore, it can said that, through analysis of various experiences and skills drawn from the
assessment there are variety of usage of this skill and models for which better scope of
contributing to personal and professional career attainment can be assessed.
