cooperation in between the different systems that can increase efficiency of the operations of
organization (Kaufman 2017). I think that Pemancar has been right in setting the key
performance indicators (KPI) that can work for the benefit of the organization. The
organization can make use of continuous improvement projects that can help the organization
in making profits. The main concept in relation to implementing the change management plan
is that managing the process of change can be stated to be a paradox and there are several
approaches that can be adopted which can help the organization in resolving the paradox
(Palmer, Dunford and Akin 2016). The implementation of strategic leadership can help in
bringing in the organizational change. There would be dualities along with the paradoxes in
the process of the organizational change. I think that the differences cannot be overcome if it
remains ambiguous as has been stated by the student. According to me, the differences can be
overcome in the event of the policies and the practices being transparent in the organization.
It can be suggested that transparency can help in the successful implementation of the process
of the organizational change. According to me, the student has been right in pointing out the

According to me, the student has been right in talking about the stating that the reports
under the management system of NOVA being very prompt helped in improving quality of
operations in the organization. I think that everything being detailed in the monthly reports
can make the process of leadership change successful. I think that it is important that the
cultural differences are removed from the organization that can help the employees in
adjusting to the cultural norms of the organization. The KL Corp being of the Japanese origin
has high power distance whereas on the other hand NOVA being based in Europe has low
power distance. This can give rise to significant problems in the organization and there can
occur problems pertaining to behaviour change along with information systems (Alvesson
and Sveningsson 2015). I think that the student has been right in stating that the manager
taking an approach that would allow the continuity of the operations with that of the changes
can prove to be an effective step that can help the organization in successful implementation
of the organizational change. According to me, Mr Tariq taking into account the strategies
related to selection, integration, transcendence and separation can help the company in
managing dualities and foster the aspect of organizational collaboration. The transactional
leadership can be brought into the organization that can aid in the area of implementing the
change plan. The main concept is that the policies along with procedures should be re-aligned
for the new customers that can help in improving services for the current customers (Lewis
2019). It can be suggested that removal of uncertainties within the organization can help in
communication of the changes that can help in bringing about positive organizational
outcome.

According to me, partnership with that of Nova made the organization feel that the
contribution of each individual employees matter that helped the employees of the
organization. The main concept for implementing change plan is that the staff moral being
low cannot help the organization in reaching the vision. I think that the student has been right
in talking about the fact that the employees understanding the process of change can prove to
be useful for an organization. The student has rightly pointed out that the role of the strategic
leadership can help managers in acting as change facilitator that can help them in expressing
the strategic vision. It can help in directing the resources of the organization towards mission
of the Nova (Cameron and Green 2015). I think that seniority in an organization should be
determined not on basis of length of the service but based on the knowledge or the
performance of an individual. The transformational leadership style can help in energizing
the system of the organization which can help in fostering creativity within the organization
(Anderson 2016). It can have a positive effect on effectiveness in relation to process of
change management. I think that adopting of the Competing Values Framework can help in
the right assessment of the desired culture that can facilitate in process pertaining to
organizational change. It can act as a successful tool that can help Pemancar in surviving
within the competitive environment. According to me, it can be suggested that
communication acting as the tool can help for bringing in changes in the organization that can
help the organization in earning large amount of profit.
