organizational issues that may occur in workplace such as diversity in culture, Harassment and
interpersonal conflicts (Andrews, & Bonta, 2014).The Diversity in culture issues arise due to
hiring of the employees from the different places. The harassment issue arises due to the misuse
of the power and dignity. And Interpersonal conflict arises due to the non-efficient
communication program.
These issues could be mitigated by using the following programs
Team building sprit- Management needs to prepare work program in such a way in which
employees feel motivated while working with each other’ Matrix project and BSC approach
helps in team building. It removes the problems arising from the diversified cultures (Trickett,
(2015).
Strict policies and rules- there should be proper strict rules to mitigate the issues of Harassment
in workplace.
Effective communication- Proper mails and written communication should be promoted to
mitigate the interpersonal conflicts.
Strategies related to organizational change
Use of motivation theories- Maslow Motivational theories, ERG theory and Reward
system to implement change.
Setting nexus between employees ‘welfare and organization development Use of
Employees stock option scheme and other program (Trickett, 2015).

Organization psychology shares the ultimate objectives to meet the set organizational targets and
goals by setting nexus between employees ‘welfare and organization development. On the other
hand, community psychology share includes the individual shares within the communities and

wider society. It seeks to understand the quality of life of individual to communities and society
(Mertens, 2014).
Diverge from each other
The Organization psychology emphasis upon employees, clients and organizational at large and
it put collective efforts to establish nexus between all of its stakeholders for meeting the set
goals. On the other hand, community psychology seeks to evaluate the quality of the life of the
people and society at large (Moritsugu, et al. 2015). It results to different divergent thinking
from the organizations at the time when organization takes projects for its benefits and it has

for its own business but will be protest by the community as it will negatively impact the health
