Today companies are bringing new and innovative products for their customers without
considering the health and skin issues of people. Customers are facing various problems from
the beauty products that are harming the skin and health in long run. Ozzo company is planning
to bring new organic beauty products for the customers. The products are prepared using the
organic materials and natural products that enhance the beauty of skin. This will provide the
customers with new products that are made considering the health and sensitivity of the skin.
The business idea was developed from the demand in the market of beauty products that do not
harm the skin and provide natural glow to skin (Cosenz and Noto, 2017). Existing chemical
based beauty products were harming the skin of people in long run and were having side effects
in regular use.

Rationale behind the business idea is to provide the customers with natural organic
beauty products that do not harm the skin. The organic products of Ozzo are formed with natural

becoming health conscious and aware about the products they use. They are moving towards

salon. In the same way, by using primary method, entrepreneur of Ozzo apply the same in order
to meet the define aim and objectives (Bhatt and Sankhla, 2017). On the other side, through
secondary research, market trend Is analyzed like earlier customer prefer to use high range
cosmetic product but by changing trend, they shift towards healthy and organic beauty product
for their skin. As each and every person have their own skin tone and type and they all prefer
different types of product so that it will not cause nay opposite reaction. Therefore, by using
both primary and secondary sources, which help to determine the business concept and key
element which must be consider while setting new business idea.
In addition to this, through primary research in which survey as an approach is used that
help to examine the use of marketing mix, which must be consider by an entrepreneur in order to
launch new business. Thus, Ozzo also focus on organic product as well as water-less beauty
product that suited on all type of skin tone so that customers are easily attracted (Chan and et.al.,
2017). In addition to this, while conducting primary research, it is also examine that most of the
people are generally prefer to use natural ingredient for their body which will help to protect

from sun and soothe irritated skin for long lasting which is not possible while using cosmetic
products. Even selected sample also stated that company should also use social media and
different digital promotion tools which in turn assist to draw attention of many customers

beauty product and that is why, Ozzo should also consider the same.
Thus, company should provide the services by using low pricing strategy and make sure
that the product offered by the company are high in quality and eco- friendly. This in turn assist
to attract range of customers and also meet the recent trend. Moreover, with the help of
marketing mix, company also apply the promotion in which social media are used that assist to
let people know about the new company who provide organic product to their customers with
such a low range (Suresh, Chitra and Maran, 2016). While, by conducting primary research it is
analyzed that customer also influence by influencer and that is why, there is a need to offer the

always required to provide iteration to the business idea for achieving growth and remaining
stable in the market. It is essential for the business to continuously enhance the products and

customers as compared with the existing products of company. It has to improve the business
idea considering the feedbacks and reviews from customers in terms of feasibility, desirability
and viability.
The business concept will bring herbal organic products for the skin care and treatment
along with the beauty products. This was idea was developed after making market research
about the products existing in the market and reviews of customers over the products. It
researched different journal and publications regarding the skin concerns of the people
(Aristeridou, 2018). The market analysis provides about the demands and requirements of
people in the products. This provided the company to identify the issues faced by customers
from the existing products.
The original idea of Ozzo was on providing organic beauty products and considering the
demands and needs of customers it developed products that also heal the skin with the same. The
idea was developed by conducting deep market analysis that provided companies using animal

a stop over the animal cruelty done by companies for profit making. The chemicals were
harming the skin of people and causing various skin problems. There were many issues in the

profit margin sof around 18% - 20% in the initial years. The costs of producing the different
organic items is not high and are available from number of suppliers (Tran and Huynh, 2018).
Company will be able to have required profit margins with effective control over the costs.
The business idea is also considered viable by the company as it provides the business
with desired profit levels. Analysis of the market demand and cash flows that will be generated
from the company are adequate to recover the initial investments of the projects. Proposed
business plan involves considerable investments that will be recovered within 3 years. Payback
period of the project is shorter. Early recovery will provide the company to earning sufficient.
As it earns the desired profit margins and is recovered within shorter payback period business

Company will be making further research over the products to further enhance them and
