is skilled among all departments and innovatively working to pertain on higher synergy
of gaining advanced focus. The management buyout will enable ton distribute all assets

Demerits: The employees may not feel all time interested and have the finance investment funds

Nisa for exit strategy shall pertain onto using management buyouts as the best exit
strategy which will work as most effective way for closing the SME company if in future
the operations are not going in profitable way where the company employees as already
known to management decisions will find it easy to adopt new business strategies.
Management buyouts as compared to liquidation and selling business into open market is
an effective exit strategy as the employees are already known to company functions
where active functional levels are already known to them which will develop wide
rational effectiveness among business standards.
