Introduction
The given report consists of the assessment item 2 of the overall report. In this, a scenario of a
clinic named as Organic Pastures Clinic is given which provides different treatments to the
clients that include the organic and rejuvenating treatments to the customers which provides
them relaxation and provide them fresh and re-energized experience. The clinic contains highly
skilled professionals for the skin care of the customers and for every different treatment there is a
different therapist assigned for different requirements of the customers. For this particular
assessment, a Crow's foot notation is created by using draw.io describing all the entities and
attributes and showing all the dependencies that are needed. In this assessment, there are
different assumptions that are used while creating this Crows Foot notation that is displayed in
the report. Moreover, the numbers of entities are six which include clinic, treatment,
appointment, client, payment, and therapist. All these entities consist of different tables which
define these entities and are connected with one-to-many relationships with each other. Now
different assumptions that are considered while creating the Crows Foot Notation are:

Assumptions
A therapist can take more than one appointments that’s why Therapist_id is created as a foreign
key in the Appointment entity.
Booked treatments by a client can have multiple appointments that’s why Booking_id is created
as a foreign key in Appointment entity.
In record entity, Booking_id and Record_id introduced as the composite primary key where one
Record_id is related to one client which includes several appointments of particular booked
treatment.
Payment entity includes the Booking_id and session number in order to take the payment from
the user.

Conclusion
The report is concluded with the Crows Foot Notation of the given clinic named as Organic
Pasture clinic which employee different therapist according to their skills and these therapists are
highly professionals and provide the best treatment to the customers and clients. Clients need to
take the appointment and according to their problems, different treatments will be given to the
clients by different specialized experts. There are many assumptions were considered while
creating the diagram on draw.io that are explained above in the report in the bullet form. In the
diagram, all the relationships are included and described with the help of the arrows and
diamond-shaped entity. So overall, for the given clinic a scenario is explained with the crow's
foot notation in this particular report.
