INTRODUCTION
In this study we will discuss about the various aspects' of organisation behaviour in The
British Broadcasting corporation. There were some serious falling in the BBC's culture and its
system of communication, management and investigation. We will have an analysis of BBC's
culture and political and power on the behaviour of others in this organisation. We will discuss
about how to motivate the company for their employee's to accomplish their goals and
objectives. Further we will discussion on demonstrate how this corporate effective with others.
And we will apply the concept of philosophies of organisational behaviour in the BBC's business
situation. As observed by smith, serious falling in the BBC's culture and its systems by
harassment and staff complaints being listed in this firm. Aside from this there have also been
criticism about the pay and gender gap between staff, all these complaints can be removed by
company's top management with the help of all the activities which we will discuss further in
this study.

According to Charles Handy's model, there are four type of culture which this BBC
organisation follow, let us understand them in detail below: Culture: In the culture of an organisation, we are having an analysis of BBC's company,
which is operating in broadcasting corporation in Britain(Willits, and Nowacki, 2014).
Every organisation have its particular culture, according to it they work properly and

company. In these aspects there are different kings of philosophies of the organisation behavior,
so the company will be able to effective outcomes at the workplace:
Path Goal Theory:
Path goal theory determine on the leader way, which helps to support and supports for
building a good environment in the company. That's why they are able to work more effectively
and it will help in contribution of firm success. Directive: The goal theory specify guideline for follower people(Crommelinck, and
Anseel, 2013). It assists to make agenda and coordinating among the team. In this term
effectiveness would be developed in order to handling hard among various team members
in BBC company. This activity help to increase productivity within BBC effectively. Supportive: With these aspects, the team leaders make sure that they support their
assistants and subordinates in terms of achieving goals and objectives and improve the
productivity of BBC. It makes sure proper interest for working in climate and it is also a
useful activity for achieving the challenges in the competitive environment of the BBC
company.

in which they have to perform. It is most effective when all employee are highly trained
and involved in their work.
Achievement: In this activity leader makes challenging goals for their followers and
expect from the employees to perform at their highest level and show their confident to
meet their challenging task in the BBC firm(Chen, and Ke, 2013). Therefore, it is
determined by top level management and this is the most effective activity to achieving
professional work as the technical and scientific aspects of the BBC firm.

needs to solve this barrier in terms of improve their healthy environment and clear the way of
goal and objective achievement.
Lack of preparation: The top management of the BBC company required to spend their time on
preparing performance appraisal(Bellisle, and Blundell,2013). Compare employee job
performance and their duties and review past job assessment, if they find any progress of
employee towards their stated targets. Employee need to take their self assessment and improve
their performance quality at regular basis and identify their barriers and remove them. Lack of
preparation can lead to an ineffective review of their performances.

behavior. We have concluded that the organisation's culture, political power influence individual
and team behavior and performance as well. We have discussed many motivational theories that
must be apply to BBC company, which will assist the firm to make its employee productive and
