INTRODUCTION
This report is focused on the organization culture, power and team behavior. This report
explained the team behavior and its importance for organization. Corporation culture is set of
expectations, experience and philosophy. This report focused the importance of team
behavior in the growth of business. This report also explain the theories of motivation.
Motivation plays a very important role in the growth of business. Organisation have to offers
the motivation theories to the employees so employee can get feel relax and motivated. By
motivation theory employee can perform at high level and gives their extra efforts to the
organization. This report also focused on the difference between effective and ineffective

Organization behavior of 4Com plc is very much effected by the culture, power and politics.
All employee and staff are effected by organization’s culture, politics and behavior. To
achieve the goal mentioned company must focus on all three factors to achieve the
target(Liu., 2015). Because employee are backbone of any corporation. To achieve the target
of business its very necessary to satisfy the employees with the administration culture. To
improve the performance of employee as HR manager have to analysis all these three factors.
When organization provides a good environment to the staff members, they will try to
achieve the goal as soon as possible. Employee also try to perform at high level to achieve the
task. Mentioned administration must provide the positive culture to the staff so employee feel
safe and secure there. He manager of cited administration must provide the development
trainings and other activities so the employee can improve their skills and performance. By
providing the other activities and cultural program employee will feel good and relax the
process will help to increase the motivation level of employees(Ming, Kun and Daoxin.,
2013). When corporation offers activities to employee than employee will refresh and try to
work at best level.
A positive culture reduce the employee turn over problems. By providing a
good environment to the workers, corporation can compete with others competitors. Hr
manager of cited company must have to offer a good and positive environment to increase the
performance of staff member. Hr manger must collect the information about the worker's
interest and skills, After that hr manager must have to plan cultural activities. Employee will
participate in these activities and trying to show their personal skills. By this process workers
feel relax and satisfy with the job environment. And employee try to give extra efforts to the
organization to achieve the target. This process will increase the brand image of business.
When employees get motivated than it will also help in to increase the productivity of

directly manage the operation day to day. Each administration has its own unique social
structure which drives individual behavior in any corporation.
Power is the ability of person, group of people, to influence the others. A person holds
the power when he has ability to control, manage and the distribution of reward that are
valued by others such as money, promotions or holiday time. Power is defined as ability to
make the things happen(Miyanabe and et.al., 2015.). Power is important within mentioned
organization because it is the way in which management determinant individual to make
things go on. There are two types of power positive and negative powers in administration.
Mentioned organization conducts positive power. Cited corporation giving employees the
power to make decision and rewarding the workers for extra efforts and appointing the
employee/leader who perform the strongly to manage the other employees. Negative types of
power reduced the productivity of administration. It also reduces the quality of product. This
is happened when leaders in corporation do not have the respect of the employees under
them. Negative power increase the problem of turnover in organization. So cited corporation
must have to provide the positive power in the business to improve the productivity and
benefits.
Politics plays a huge role in business, from dominant how decision are made to how workers
interact with one another. Mentioned company is medium organization so in this the impact
of power depends on whether employees use positive or negative power to influence others in
the workplace(Morimoto, Nomura and Yoshino., 2014). The role of politics is to determine
the overall culture of the workplace. To encourage productivity, cited company must develop
a political culture for employees to understand. Positive politics focus on the clear chains of
command and policies.
Corporation faces the problem of higher turn over by negative politics. When
administration works without clear the policies and chain of commands the employee will not
get satisfy with the job conditions and try to search other workplace.

improve the performance of employees motivation scheme have to provide by the cited
company. Motivation means giving some incentive or inspiration to workers to make them
work more hard and effectively(O’Donnell, Keane and Bazjanac., 2013). 4Com plc can
follow the content and process theory to motivate the employees.
Content theory: according to this theory every employee has different needs and different
satisfaction level which will give them motivation to work more hard and systematic. This
theory of motivation will help the cited organization to understand the behavior of workers
and what will motivate to them. In this theory administration look at the specific needs that
motivate people.
Maslow's need theory-
BASIC NEED: These needs are most important for every employee which give them food to
Motivate them to meet these needs. This will make worker of corporation satisfied.
SECURITY NEEDS: employee want to feel safe and secure in the business environment.
When employee feel secure than they will get motivate and try to work more hard and
effectively(Radosavljević, Jevtić and Klimenta., 2016). Cited company must try to fill this
need of workers so the employee can give their extra efforts in the growth of business. If
employee feel safe and secure than he will give his all time to achieve the target. This will
increase the business productivity.
Belonging needs: to feel relax every employee need of some friends at workplace to
communicate or share their feelings. In this process workers can share their knowledge and
skills with each others. So mentioned company must provide the team work for the staff. So
that they can share their feelings, ideas and skills with each other. This will also increase the
productivity of business. Company must established a common goal for the employees by

feel relax at office. Corporation can motivate their employees by proving the reward system
for their extra efforts to achieve the goals.
Process theory: process theory attempts to explain how behavior is to energized, directed,
sustained and stopped. Process theory includes four major factors such as reinforcement,
expectancy, equity and goal setting. Process theory is an idea that explains how an entity
changes and develop. Process is the way in which people interact with each other.
Equity theory: in this process employee assesses their level of work and efforts
against the fellow workers and they received the reward for their extra efforts(Shigenobu,
Noorzad and Senjyu., 2016.). In this process organization precised there is significant the

Expectancy theory: this is old and easy theory for motivation. This theory focuses on
