Thus, it becomes quite necessary that its appropriate analysis can be carried out which will help
the organisations a lot. The managers of an organisation should make sure that they are able to
create a positive organisational culture in the organisation so that the individuals and teams are
able to contribute at their best towards the attainment of the different types of goals and
objectives quite effectively and efficiently in a proper and appropriate manner. This report is
based on Tesco. It is a British Retail Company which provides different types of products and
services to the customers in the market. In this assignment, a detailed and specific focus will be
made on the Analysis of Organisational Behaviour in the organisations.

P1: Analysis of organisational culture, politics and power
