Person culture: There is so many company who follow person culture in their
organisation where employees feel that they are more important than organisation. In this
kind of culture employees are more concerned more about their own needs and wants
rather than the organisation. BBC suffer from loss as employees come to office just for
the sake of money. In person culture employees are rarely loyal towards their
management they give first priority to themselves and than organisation (Butler and
Rose, 2011).
Role culture: In BBC employees are delegated towards their responsibilities and duties
according to their specialisation are follow role culture. They put full affords to achieve
goals and objectives of organisation and try to face all problems and challenges to
increase profitability and production. In such kind of work culture power comes with
responsibilities and duty.
According to the Smith Review company should follow strong culture, power, politics
and value so, that every employees do work according to them at work place. This will help to

elements power, politics and culture play very important role in the high productivity. Culture of
organisation should be clearly explained by manager to all employees so that they follow them in
their work and task. For effective management there should be good power and culture in
organisation which help to encourage employees performance (Parikh and Gupta, 2010). Strong
culture influence the performance of employees in positive way which help to increase profit and
image of the company in business market. Smith said that the culture, politics and power have
impact over the performance of employees as well as company in positive or negative way. So
every company should focus on strong culture and power to increase efficiency level of
employees.

life. This is highest level of maslow's hierarchy of needs through which person met with
their full potential (Adeniji, 2011).
Two factor theory: This theory is given by Herzberg's. It include two factors to motivate

of standard performance or goal (Coccia and Cadario, 2014).
Reinforcement theory: It is process through which organisation can change behaviour of
someone by using punishment, extinction and reinforcement. Punishment are used by managers
to prevent the behaviour which is not appropriate according to companies norms and terms.
Where rewards are used to motivate and reinforce the behaviour so that they can perform good in
their work.
