INTRODUCTION
Organisation behaviour is defines as a study in order to attract large number of the
individual within groups. It is a scientific method which is applied by management to generate
more efficient and effectiveness of business entity. It is mainly used for HR with the aim of
increase the output from personal team members (Adeniji, 2011). OB is the application and study
of knowledge & skill regarding how person act within the work environment. It is also identify
as a subset of administration functions concerned with predicting, effecting and knowing
personal behaviour in business.
This report is based on BBC is a service provide company in United kingdom. It was
founded in 18 October 1922 by John Reith. This report will consider the effect of organisational
power, politics, culture on team's and individual performance. Different kind of motivational
theories are also includes in this assignment. At last concept and philosophies of organisational
behaviour subscribed in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of company in an essential
manner.

P1 (A) Using Handy's cultural theory to cover organisational cultural
Handy cultural typology: It is identify as an organisation cultural which was established in 1999
by Charles Handy. Manger of the business organisation used this aspects according to their
structure. It is very important and essential part of BBC in order to evaluate whole points which
are covered in this theory. With the use of this, an organisation can easily formulate effective
cultural at work environment.
Power culture: In the BBC, there are several kind of employees which are having some power in

performance of group, manager is capable to followed Path Goal Theory, it is very beneficial and
useful for the business organisation in order to reduce conflict.
Path Goal Theory: This model is basically based on leadership approach, because it is one of the
essential part in achieving business goals. Main aim of the BBC is to increase empowerment,
satisfaction and encouragement of employees. Such type of theory is emphases on Vroom's
Expectancy model which defines that personal will respond otherwise to attain its results. It is
