INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is defined as an evaluation of human behaviour and study of people
within the organisation. It helps to interact with the people and human behaviour to understand
the working system of an organisation. The research is based on coordination of activities to
improve the quality and overall performance of the employees(Tingbani., 2020). It includes
individual's thoughts, ideas, suggestion, plans that are set to give effect to the work performance.
It provides employment support to the employees to understand the behaviour of all the team
mates, to motivate them and build trust with other employees. This report will explain the well-
established retailer supermarket, Morrison, the UK based company established in 1899 provide
food supplier service and other services related to it.
