There are lots of advantages of groups/teams comprised of national/global team
members. These are as follows:
Productivity
There are a huge number of ideas are available in the international team. Some
of the workers are providing some innovative ideas (Goldstein & Kearney, 2020). It
helps the company to increase their rate of production. It also helps the company to
enhance their business globally and earns lots of revenue from the market.
Commination
According to Forbes, communication is the most important skill in the
workplace (Chen et al., 2020). Employees should be utilized this power in an efficient
manner. Communication can be very difficult if there is difference in opinion. In
international team, employees can get a good opportunity to handle the conflict
situation with the help of communication.
In case of complex projects, sometimes, employees generally adopt some strategies to
adopt effective communication strategy (Burrows, 2020). Sometimes, they are very closely
attached with the electronic communication process. It helps to increase the success of the
project. It reduces the chances of risk. As a result of that, it increases the production of the
organisation.
There are many challenges that can be faced by the project manager while monitoring
in any project (Sindhumol, 2020). These are as follows:

Improper skills of the team members
Risk assessment
For resolving the improper elaboration of goals, a project manger should organise a
kick off meeting with their group members. He or she can also sue some planning software
and mobile applications for team collaboration for clearly defining goals (Hubbard, 2020).
For resolving the improper skills of the team members, a project manager should map all the
skills of the group members to get an excellent outcome. For reducing the risk, a project
manager should conduct thorough research regarding the risks related to a particular project.
He or she should prepare a beforehand for mitigating those risks.

regarding the procedure of creating conflict because of the cultural disparity. He also states

accountability, changes of project scopes, impossible deadlines and many others. Author also
does not highlight the procedure of resolving these issues.

localized team. In this particular point, the author highlights how a company meets their
targets with the help of diverse experts as well as educational background (Chechenova et al.,
2020). He highlights that using resources and exchanging of various ideas, it is possible for
the organisation to make them tech savvy. In this particular point, he mentions the importance
of the round the clock communication among the staffs of the organisation. In the second
paragraph, he mentions that international team may face some communication barriers
because they are not using the common languages at the time of communication. In this
particular paragraph, he highlights the drawbacks of the inefficient communication
elaborately. In the third paragraph, he mentions that project manager may not be able to
perform efficient communication because of the language problem. In this paragraph, he
highlights regarding the mitigation techniques of several challenges regarding the
communication.
In this post, author does not highlight regarding the other challenges that can be
occurred inside a project group (Burrows, 2020). These are risk management, unrealistic
deadlines, lack of accountability and many others.
