INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is the method through which all the individual performance and
the growth is managed within the working activity and this is the systematic application through
which all the knowledge and the group acts are considered. This manages all the internal and the
external activities through which the working nature and their managing skills can be generated.
It draws all the uniqueness and the disciplines in the individual behaviour and performance. The
group activity involves all the individuals working together for a common assigned goals and
tasks(Cross, and Carbery, 2018). This essay will cover a reflection of group project activity in
which all the knowledge, skills and the challenges can be managed for all group activity.
MAIN BODY
A Group assignment was undertaken by me during my graduation period. I analysed that
this made me analyse and develop so many behaviour, knowledge and skills in future growth and
programs. I am with the help of GIBBS Model elaborating my experience under it. Like firstly I
has joined a group assignment with 4,5 individuals who were with me to manage all the analysis
and the changes in the current market condition where we realised that there are so many
changes that has reflected in m,y working patterns. My thoughts regarding the experience was
earlier I was not being able to work well with full efforts as I was not habitual of working in
team and this made me confident towards my working nature. I developed so many skills,
behaviour and a better communication with my team members. I has a good experience in
working over their with all the team member although it was difficult to cope up with different
thoughts and ideas at the same time but that made me learn about every aspects.
I analysed that with the help of CIPD mapping I managed to gain some important skills
in my behaviour while working in the teams and group they are like Learning and development
where all the nature and the working with the management of functions are evaluated and this
also uplifted my performance and collateral working with all. I also felt Valuing people skill in
which the main core is to respect all then team member. I analysed that this is important as to
hear and listen all the views and the ideas and to manage the thoughts and the general process of
working. Other then this I also find Technology and people is an important core for CIPD
through which all the effective working is made and all the technical advancement is important
in my behaviour for future growth.

Thus, I learned that it is important to have the organisational behaviour and I developed
the skill of motivation in my nature and behaviour through which I effectively learn about team
working and also came to analyse about methods which will make my future growth and work in
proper manner. As motivation was given by me to my team members for effectively performing
the task and the assigned work and also the other employees and the members focused in
motivating me in the hard times. This on the focused manner has raised and made me more
confident about working.
As after analysing all this I realised that I was not good enough in technology and people
skill and this is important for future growth and programs so I will develop this skill through
different means like by joining various diploma courses and also by trying to take the help of
heads for getting this in my future goals and management. This group assignment helped me to
manage all the effective working and vary nature of stipulated work which provides the meaning
an the generation of all basic terms which will help in future.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that group assessment and task help put to manage
all the work together in proper manner and this reflects the nature and the methods through
which the assigned task and event can be covered all there. GIIBS reflective cycle helps to
analyse the individuals personal experience in the task. Organisational behaviour promotes the
working of the person all together with proper functions and management. Valuing of people,
learning and development are the important assigned task in all the group project and work
which can be gained through CIPD model and their working nature.
