INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is the analysis and the study of the performance of individuals
and the group of people in order to manage the application of knowledge and a proper systematic
study. It applies and provides the pro active behaviour through which the improvement in the
situations and the individuals nature can be attained. In all the companies their seems to be
important to manage all the sustained improved working culture and the proper pro active
behaviour through which the growth and the management can be attained. Social psychology in
all the organisational behaviour is generally the interactions which are made between the groups
and also the people through which they maintain the interactions and also lead to manage the
social effectiveness. It manage the individual satisfaction and also the well being through which
the growth and the further generation of positive approach can be attained. The organisation
chosen in this report is M&S which is a well known multinational company deals with all the
clothing and the accessories(alehi, Dashtbayaz, and Homayoun, 2021). This essay will cover the
contemporary issues in the organisational behaviour and also the major areas for the social
psychology.
TASK
Organisational behaviour is mainly the interaction which are being made by the group
of people in order to maintain the principles and the other primary attempts through which the
business can be managed in significant and effective manner. It is the main element which helps
in attaining the growth and also work as for the management of increasing the job satisfaction
and also for enhancing and encouraging the leadership, innovation and all other aspects. Their is
been analysed that all the modifying areas and the structures that are being incorporated under it
will be considered preferably(Evans, 2020S). As in all the organisational behaviour there is been
seen the management of all the social psychology through which all the human behaviour and
their vary nature is being managed it predicts all the dynamics through which the personal
factors and their other counselling nature can be opted. This have a major contribution towards
the work and the cultural factors aligned and maintained properly. Generally their can be seen
that all the organisational behaviour is used in the work place areas and it helps to maintain the

elements and their governed functions. Some of the major issues which are being faced by the
organisational behaviour as in the context of social psychology are like, Motivation is mainly an
underlying drive which makes the people to push their limits and also to accomplish the task and
the goals. This can be made by the company culture, integrity in the company and their
operations and many more. As the issues which are faced through this are like lack of motivation
as it is the important issue which is been seen in the company as there is served that mostly the
work place creates an immense pressure on all the employees who are being in the company and
there is no appreciation or any contemporary proper positive feedbacks which are being given by
the company. All this de motivates the employees being working and also creates a negative
impact and effect ion the work force. Their also laid that in all the areas where the individuals are
attaining and maintaining all the best work by the evolving ideas and approach there is seen that
no values or rewards are being given in order to motivate them for their hard work. This creates a
negative impact in the mindset of the individuals. Above all this it implies that all social
psychological behaviour implies that it is needed to create a positive approach in the companies
and also to motivate the employees so as to make the work to be done in proper manner and to
make the employees of the company confident for the immense hard work. M&S focus on
providing all the important(Majeed, Jahangir,and Rasheed, 2021) .
Another major organisational behaviour is the Team work it is the most important
method through which all the work and the effective management can be laid their applies that in
all the company there is needed to have proper and cooperative culture. As for all the major
projects and the work it is being applied that their should be managed a effective team working
spirit. All of them should participate equally with better communications and coordination. Their
is been seen that this makes the company to out grow and manage the growth and the production.
The major issues which their can be is the Lack of coordination which applies that in all the
organisational behaviour this use to be the major issues in all the segments and there is been seen
that an ineffective leadership and the inappropriate communication between the team members
which creates a major difficulty to make the work to be done in team work spirit. Their is been
underlined that it creates the affect on all the employees and also effect the inner working nature
of the company(Masyhuri, Pardiman, and Siswanto, 2021). Team working thorough being the
major part of all the companies and for managing the growth and the effective work this is
needed . In all the workplace there is needed to be made a proper transparency and balance

establish the growth and the proper communication(Sun,and Yoon, 2020). This is generally the
shaping of the employees perceptions through which all the understanding and the aligning of the
vary culture can be opted. Their is been made that in all the company it is important to mandate
and manage the effective culture and their managing functions. As the major issues relation to it
which is been seen are the Discrimination as a proper culture can be opted when there is
transparency in the companies and in their working nature so their is being involved that all the
areas through which the negative approach is been made and it implies that the main element
through which work and their assertions are underlined. Discrimination in workplace creates a
social and the psychological disturbance of the employee towards the company as it not only
disturb the mental health but also affect the work of the employees who are being aligned and
working enormously. Their is reflected that it can be due to the bias behaviour or any of the issue
like the managers are supporting the favourite employees. all this can be removed as by attaining
and maintaining the transparency ion the company and also by reflecting and attaining the proper
working nature. As in context to M&S there is been seen that they try to manage and opt a
positive environment in the company so their will not be any issue and the major reasons through
which the company can there by be effected(Yang, and et. al., 2021).
The other organisational behaviour is power which is generally the ability of the person
to manage the work or to effectively influence all the working nature to be done in accurate
manner. As in all the conformity there is been seen that all the work can there by being opt and
managed according to the nature and the significant working patterns. Their is been seen that all
the social, political and the physical dynamics through which all the management can be attained
will be considered in it. Their is been analysed that the issues which are been seen in the

organisational behaviour for the power are Misuse of power, this is mainly when the person
knows that they are having enormous rights in relation to nay work and use all of that for the
work and the management. Their is been seen that in all such cases it creates a major threat and
the lined issue as the people there by being affected because of all such misuse of power. As
according to the social nature and the psychological behaviour their can be seen that all the
person who attain the power are generally being aligned and are considered to be leads emotional
they do not pay much attention on the issues and the emotions of the person and which majorly
affects the mental state of the individual. Their can also be seen the commands and the
overriding affects which are being opted by the persons while attaining or managing the work.
Thus, M&S there is been analysed that they focus on distributing the work in a uniform manner
and there is in issue that can raise and make the person to be effected. As their manager tries to
manage All the work according to the general case and attain the major areas and nature in
positive manner(Karamoy, and Tulung, 2020).
The last organisational behaviour is Politics this is mainly the self serving behaviour in
which all the employees were being made to increase the positive outcomes through which all
the organisation can effectively manage the work. It involves all the personal interest and all the
other issues through which the organisation manages their work and the vary positive outcomes.
The major issues which are being faced by the organisational behaviour through politics are like
Work place conflicts, as it is been seen that there are mainly the critical effect and major work
place issues are being seen because of which there is created a lack of co-ordination and the
transparency in the working patterns (Rudel, and et. al., 2021). It mainly affect the socio
psychological behaviour as the conflicts creates a major issue by up lining and making the
person to be effected by all of this reasons. It makes the employees to loose their interest and
also make them unstable in all the physical and the mental issues. It mainly lowers the
productivity and also affect the output which is been served by the company nor the organisation.
All the conflicts are mainly been seen due to the office politics which makes the person to be
majorly been affected through the issues and the work. It can be like the leg pulling, back biting,
or mental pressure is served to all of them.
Thus, their can be seen that it is important to mange the organisational behaviour and all
the companies are needed to manage a proper working environment as it serves to be important
that all the company are align and their should not be any discrimination by the individuals in the

balance in the working areas (Eva, and et. al., 2020 ).

From this above report it is concluded that, organisational behaviour is the study which
provides the individuals performance through which all the activities and the work is being
managed. This is generally a systematic study through which all the application of knowledge
and other activities in the organisations laid out it helps in attaining the disciples and the other
systematic approach through which work can be managed. The main issues in the organisational
behaviour as in context to socio psychological behaviour are like motivation, teamwork, culture,
powers and politics. Further their can be seen that the work place conflicts, discrimination, bias
