INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is the study to both individual as well as group performance
and it also include the activity that are operate and perform in the company. It tends to make
study of human behaviour in the work environment and after that analyse the impact of it on
various factors such as motivation, performance, leadership and many others also. It helps in
giving the insight of the employee's behaviour as well as tends to develop understanding of
aspects which tends to get motivate employees as well as improve their performance. It helps to
maintain healthy relationship. With the help of these manager are tends to be able to easily in
simple way understand desires of workforce and analyse various other factors that make impact
on their motivation level. The company that was selected under this project is Nestle, which is a
multinational company dealing in huge variety of food products . It has their headquarter in
Vevey, Switzerland. It was incorporated in the year 1866. the project shall deal with the
organisation culture and how organisational culture helps to improving organisation
effectiveness with the helps of effective communication. Further it also cover role of the culture
in terms to employee motivation and how culture can leads to enhance the success of
organisation (Balwant, 2018)

Organisation Culture is the collection of expectations , values as well as practices which
provide guidance and also provide information to team members regarding the actions. Think of
it as the collection of traits which make our organisation what it is. Organisation's culture
explains the most appropriate way method to behave in the organisation. The following
respective culture include share beliefs as well as those values that are established by leaders
and after that communicated as well as reinforced with the help of various methods , and through
ultimately shaping different workforce perception, understanding as well as behaviour. As
culture tends to create the environment in business and also make impact and influence nature

Four dimensions of this respective model are explain as follows-
1. Individualism versus collectivism: As high score of IDV shows weak interpersonal
