INTRODUCTION
Organization Behavior can be defined as the systematic study and application of
knowledge like how individuals and group of people behave within company. It is essential for
the company to understand it’s employee’s attitude then it can get success in the business. This
report is a reflective report in which I will express my real-lifeexperienceandknowledge which I
achieved after class session. The main objective of the reflective report is to provide high
understanding to the people how human’s personal attitude influences them over others.
PART 1
Reflection over own perception, cognitive and behaviors and it’s on others
I was too much happy after the class session because I learnt a lot of things in the session.
In the class session I studied about organization behavior andit’s impact over others wherein I
learned that organization behavior is highly essential for the business growth because when it has
good culture that automatically influence employees towards common goal of the business. I and
my classmates were working on realistic organization’s leadership quality wherein we studied
about organizational behavior, leadership quality, difference among people based on their
perceptions etc. that time I started to picturize myself in such consequences. For example, I felt
that I was trying to influence my subordinate or classmates while working on leadership quality
assignment (Chumgand et.al., 2016). Class teacher gave an assignment over leadership quality
assessment that must access to take a realistic organization example. The assignment was allotted
in group. So, I and my team members were working in collaboration. While implementing
leadership quality over real company situation like company’s was facing low employee
motivation. In this context I was trying to influence my subordinates to retain them in the
company because I learnt that when company has best talents then it can get more success in it’s
sector. However, in that state my external behavior was normal. I was just behaving like calm
person instead of becoming panic to make situation favorable. To take overall situation in my
control, I just conduct a meeting for my subordinates and encourages them to share their point of
views, then I listened them intently to understand their behaviorregarding their job responsibility.
Honestly, I did not know what I was supposed to do. I did not take direct action over the views,

priorly I critically analyzed over the whole situation then decided to make working environment
favorable and healthyfor the staff and I knew that it is a prime responsibility of good leaders. My
sound was quite energetic while listeningsubordinates’views and many of them I appreciates. At
genuine level it was quite good experience for me because I never deal with such situation as
leader.But my internal behavior was not good because everyonewas talking about my behavior
like my leadership style is not good. At the time, my internal behavior became like that what to
do to which leads motivation in individuals. I was feeling bad for all such consequences because
I never face such situations yet which I was feeling on that period (Nawazand Khan_ PhD,
2016). I was aware about that all one was happy to work with me and they are completing their
responsibility more effectively.
PART 2
Demonstrate the ideas and concepts from relevant theory that enhance level of understanding
I was bit confused about above situation that what steps should I take to deal with the
situation. I wanted to deal with the situation in productive manner. So, I decided to implement
effective leadership style and concept for resolving this situation.At that time, I was trying to
keep my subordinate in a team so that I can improve their wellbeing in the team. The most
common thing was ordering on my subordinates which I was doing but I did not know that they
feel bad whenever I ordered them for a work (Collinsand et.al., 2020). My real intention was to
make my team best and gets appreciations from senior authorities and team members for the
project. My default routine was like that priorly, I found out common needs of subordinates
which could maintain their wellbeing in the workplace. So, I conduct meeting and involved all
subordinate for sharing their views with each other and to me as well. But it did not work well
then, I decided to adapt contempory leadership to create favorable situation for the subordinate in
effective manner.When I enabled to make them feel comfortable with me and other subordinates,
then I decided to motivate them because motivation is only factor that influences individuals to
put more efforts in the workplace and retains them for long time as well. So, I practiced
democratic leadership style for understanding common needs of all subordinates through which I
could led satisfaction in them for the work. I have good communication and problem-solving
skills that are core strengths of me (Uslu, 2019). I have good analytical, decision-making, and

delegating skills that can be considered in qualities. However, these core strengths and qualities
had supported me to maintain wellbeing of individuals. For example, with the effective
communication skills, I communicate with subordinates in effective manner and understand their
perceptions which they posses’ while working in a team.At the time, I was thinking that I was
going to achieve my goal sooner because I wanted that my subordinates should stay motivated in
the workplace and I thought that I was too closer to achieve my goal. I avoided to order on my
subordinates.While doing such activities I was feeling too good because there were various
which I never did like meeting different personality and understand their views for concept.
Apart from this, my impact was quite good on others because they started to understand
eachother while working in a team. Subordinates reactions towards me was quite good means
they were sorry for the statement that I ordered on them. Even I noticed that they pay high
attention on my discussion whatever I said them and were trying to give more efforts in their
performance while working with other team members. At the time, there were various challenges
in front of me like to make working environment creative so subordinates can create some
innovative ideas, maintain individuals wellbeing, improves my people management skills and
delegates different tasks to the eligible one’ only. To stay motivated team it was one of the most
challenging for me at that time because to achieve productivity in the working and achieves tasks
within time can be possible in a situation when team is highly motivated and dedicated.
PART 3
Reflection
There were various from which I missed at that time like organization culture, power and
motivation techniques could be use to stay motivated subordinates in the workplace. To
influence number of people in the workplace, it is essential to have understanding about
individuals attitude and preferences that they have for others and their task responsibility. But
not I am aware about such prospects through which I can deal with such situation more
effectively if in future I get same case scenario. I think so, I do much well to deal with proposed
case scenario but now I have a lot of knowledge so I thought that I could do better. Still I am not
uncomfortable about my abilities because I can do much better in future. But I think that my
interrogative nature and ineffective leadership skills can hold me back (Taylor, 2018).

I have developed different new skills such as communication skill, motivation skill,
technical skill, leadership skill and various other skills that certainly allow me to develop and
built my overall personality as an individual. I was not aware about many things that projected as
an individual must hold all these different skills. This significance of the skill and employee
development in the overall career growth was also an unaware fact about my personality. I was
also not much aware about the role of motivation in the overall growth of an individual and
professional. Now I am much aware that motivation is the sole element behind developing the
overall personality of an individual. Motivation is the key to grow an individual. It directly
supports the positive mindset that is needed to have as an individual. I was not keen over
working on my motivation skill earlier but now after knowing the significance of the motivation
I took it more seriously and started putting efforts to grow and develop my motivation skill. All
these skill development I initiated supported me in developing my overall personality as an
individual. I already had an effective communication skill, motivation skill and certain other
skills. All these skill development have supported me as an individual in growing and boosting
my overall personality that can support more potential ability as an individual. Leadership is
something that was already a known fact about my personality. I carry a good leadership skill
and ability as an individual. I have the potential to project my point and put it down in front of
other peoples whenever they are needed to project in front of others. In every sector of career
overall personality of an individual matters the most. If get the opportunity to lead a time every
where may be in company or in any other party or something I would execute this in the best
way possible. I carry the ability to lead bunch of individual working towards achieving the
common objectives. If I get this opportunity I would be proved as productive. I can create a
suitable work place environment where all members of my team will get opportunity to grow
their skills and potential. I carry the growth communication ability and if I get the opportunity to
communicate than I can deliver any communication in the best way possible. This is the part of
my personality which is actually good in my opinion. I have this ability to communicate any
message and a leader always requires communicating with other individuals associated with the
organization or the place of work.
I am good at many things except few areas that considered as bad about my personality. I
am not good with technical skills or in the use of information technology. This is my key
negative side that could make me suffer as an individual. I have to grow my ITC skill which can

further allow me the potential growth and development opportunity. My research skills are also
not much effective. Research skill is the key skill an individual must associate with. This skill
support you to identify and generate various facts and information that is needed to grow and
develop as an individual. Due to the bas research ability I could not collect the essential and
necessary information about different areas of expertise. This could make me suffer as an
individual. I am also not good at managing my work. Time management and work management
are the two areas of weakness associated with my personality. Both these areas create negative
impacts about my personality. Management skill play crucial role in managing the overall
responsibility I hold as an individual. Due to the poor management skill I get to suffer in
managing my overall responsibility as an individual. I think my poor management skill both
work management and time management could hold me back as an individual. These are the key
areas about my personality that needed to develop and grow as an individual. As an individual I
am also not good enough towards solving all different issues. This is the poor side of my
personality that somehow could restrict me in achieving the overall growth as an individual. It is
another crucial factor that needs to grow and develop about my personality. Decision making is
another key factor that directly influences the problem solving ability of an individual. I have to
work to grow and develop my problem solving ability as an individual. This make the potential
ability of an individual improved. In order to have the best level of growth opportunity I should
work over improving all these skills and abilities I am not good at. All these abilities and skills
will make my potential ability improved as an individual. It would directly develop and grow my
overall personality as an individual.
PART 4
Diagnostic feedback and ideas from literature review
According to literature review over my default routine says that initially I needs to
understand about different leadership styles and qualities then fit different leadership style for
different case scenario. I used contempory leadership style to deal with the proposed scenario,
but it would not work because I unable to analyze need to situation. According to literature
review I could use transformation leadership style in which comprise four type of leadership

Mini experience plan
I will do mini experiment on those people who do not like me in my class like there are some
classmates who do not like me to talk because they think that I am egoistic. So, I have decided
that I will try to influence them to work in a team. Initially, I will communicate with them to
understand their opinion for me and others while controlling my default routine. Then I will try
to influence my classmates to work in a team for the specific projects. I will make schedule to
interrupt of default routine then I will be more focused on my mission. I will try to involve in
their daily routine activities to understand their mindset about the project and their work
responsibility. Thus, I will try to negotiate them to work with me on a project in a group. I will
be kept difference in my internal and external behaviour by keeping control on my emotions so
that I can be more presentable instead of showing of internal condition like anger, happiness etc.
Thus, I will be enabled to achieve my all projected goal within timeframe (Odor, 2018).
My teachers and guidance coaches told me to do this. It is a critical assessment over my
personality. This guide about all the key areas that are good about my personality and all such
areas that are bad about the personality I hold. This is a right way to assess you as an individual
level.
I would use various circuit breakers to influence my interrupt routine. These are making
the personal develop plan. This would support me to guide me in the best way possible for
growing my overall personality as an individual. This is a professional level planning to grow the
personality of an individual. I would also create a check about my routine which is the tactics
that I am using to develop and grow my personality and different areas of practice. This is the
best way possible to improve as an individual.

I would create a check over the improvement. I would suggest new standards to myself
that ca guide me in the best direction so that I can grow my overall personality as an individual. I
would take regular feedbacks about my personality. This will allow me to assess my all areas of
development and improvement as an individual. Feedback given by other would be unbiased and
guide me the best level of areas that seek an improvement on the basis of the skills and abilities I
possess. This would support me in achieving the best level of improvement in my overall
personality. Feedback strategy is very helpful and suggests the best ways to develop and grow
the personality. This project tactics or strategies to develop certain identified skills and all other
ways to analysis and assess the level of improvement as an individual you could address against
the strategies implemented. I would use this as a different strategy and tactics to achieve the best
level of individual growth. This would also support my external and internal behaviour. I would
suggest them to monitor my external and internal behaviour in that feedback form. This is the
best strategic choice I carry that can guide the best level of improvement in my overall
personality as an individual. Through all these tactics and strategic choices I would get to
develop my overall personality as an individual. This is the best way to develop and grow the
personality you hold as an individual. It would cover all areas that can allocate best level of
individual growth and development as an individual. All these techniques are used by others
earlier so the possible level of improvement is certain through these strategies and tactics. To
identify the best level of outcomes it is crucial to have an unbiased level of assessment and this
tactics and strategic choice would support such unbiasness in the overall assessment.
CONCLUSION
This report has been summarized about real life experience which I achieved with the
proposed case scenario. I learnt many things from the report such as I learnt that effective
communication skill can help individual to influence others. In this report has been summarized
about significance of organizational behaviour, leadership skill that supported to influence
number of individuals towards projected goals.
