INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is having a lot of theories which can be implemented in the
business to be able to have higher functioning. Competition in the market is also increasing
rapidly which has to be analysed and right decisions must be taken on it. Behaviour and
frameworks for the right attitude would be different each time and this factor needs to be
understood well so that there are raised transaction and working. This report would discuss the
theories which are existing in organization behaviour to be able to have the right knowledge and
would be helpful in the future as well.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
A lot of theories and frameworks were discussed in the units and these are going to be
good for my evaluation factor so that there would be better decisions and understanding. There
were a lot of challenges were faced by me to understand these frameworks since they were new
and were not given to us with practical example which is going to make the overall operations of
the firm be limited as well. Attribution theory took a lot of time for me to be able to understand
and the difference between the two theories. Both the theories are for employees behaviour and
how the external and internal factors would affect a business to be able to work effectively in the
market (Lozano and et.al., 2017). Different situations are raising in the market and they have to
be dealt with, differently and this factor i understood after the traits and beliefs which are
existing. Johari Window for improving self awareness is the major factor which needs to be
understood and worked upon so that there are right actions and improvement which is
immediate. I understood the importance of self awareness of self in a business. There was a lot of
knowledge which was shared from the providing opportunities which are multiplying for myself
which is going to make the working be higher (Sargeant, Wong and Campbell, 2018).
There were a lot of videos, articles, activities in class, etc. which were given and
presented to us but there was no understanding in the context of an organization which is why i
took a lot of time to understand the frameworks. Five factor model and work perform is essential
so that there would be better successful team working that is present of personality testing in

organization which would make performance be higher (Marriott and Williams, 2018). It is
important to make sure that there is right discrimination which would not take place.
Understanding is very important for the business to be able to make sure that there are accurate
actions and betterment which is required. Motivation in employees has to be present and long
lasting existence has to be present so that there is going to be better sharing value, personal value
and other factors of the business is going to increase. Decisions of the business has to be existing
so that there is going to be better beliefs and guidance which is existing so that the business is
going to make the right hierarchical working and effectiveness which is present (Mabillard and
Zumofen, 2017). Agreeable environment has to be existing which is going to get in openness as
well and extraversion which would make sure that there is going to be better purpose. Long
lasting stability is going to be there and that would make sure that there is going to be better
operative and dealing which i have gained from the units. Challenges were overcome by me
which is going to make sure that there are exact activity and advancement which is present.
Value of individuals has to be present and i understood that when the frameworks were
understood by me. Cross culture is present in all businesses and it is important and through
frameworks i understood the value of this factor. Cross culture makes the working and efficiency
of individuals be lower in the company and belongingness is also going to make the group not be
able to work effectively and efficiently (Maylor and Turner, 2017). Unique identity has to be
present so that there is higher achievement which the businesses can have for themselves. Power
in business has to be given to the right person so that there would be better communication and
guidance which would be given. Work behaviour of employees is very predictable so that leaders
and managers would be able to make the right working and functioning. Ability of working has
to be strong of the business which is developed from the units which were covered. Positive
psychology theories are present which individuals would be able to flourish and make the
resilience so that there is going to be effective overcome of the behaviour which is existing (Kan
and Zhang, 2018). It is important to make sure that there are accurate running and effectiveness
which is going to be present as well. Valid measurable factors are present as well which is going
to make sure that there are right actions and improvement that is there so that there would be
higher operations. As per my career goals this is a very important unit which is present and

beliefs are also going to be there so that there is going to be good moral and sense of direction as
well.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be analysed that there are a lot of actions which can be
understood by the business to be able to operate effectively. Employees have to be given the
right standards and respect according to their expectation so that the company would be able to
gain right attention. Understanding of the frameworks and theories is very important in a
business environment so that there would be higher decisions and ideas which would rise and
attitude for the future would be changed as well. Professionally there is a lot of understanding
and skills which were discussed in the units and that would make sure that there is right working.
