INTRODUCTION
Organizational Behaviour is the study of behaviour of human within organization. It is
the interface between the organization and its employees (Andriof and et. al., 2017). It is the
study of nature of the employees, how they behave in a particular organization. In this report,
Behaviour of individuals, teams is going to discuss about AM (Holdings) limited. It is a
packaging and container company which incorporated its business in 1998. It is a UK based
company which deals in logistics, packing and containing the products and goods. This report
includes the study of culture, politics and power of managers which affect the performance of
individuals and teams. Different motivational theories along with the study of co-operation in the
organization is discussed. Apart from that concepts and philosophies of Organizational
Behaviour is also discussed.

It is defined as the study of people interacting within an organization. These are social
and psychological environment in which an individual is performing its task. Here Handy's
typology is taken into consideration to explain different types of cultures in an organization:

There are four types of cultures of organizational behaviour which are stated below:
Power Culture:
It is a type of culture in which power is divided among a few employees who have the
power to influence the employee. In this culture, the decision taken by the authorities is

refers as a way of interacting people within a group, team or a firm. In small as well as large
