INTRODUCTION
The report is based upon organisational behaviour and structure. Organisational
framework should be very effective that seeks with best utilization of human beings. It have to
be vital with the involvement of essential resources that maximising the competitive, dynamic
and globalised environment of the company. An organisational structure has to by resulting
objectives and corporate market strategy. Along with this, the report include the relationship
between organisational culture and structure of two companies, such as- City college and
enterprise car rental. There are so many factors that impact on individual behaviour in business
for that their managers have to create some effective strategies (Wickramasinghe and Perera,
2014). They are helpful in to developing worker's performance and their productiveness by that
both industries are enable to achieve their goals and objectives. The report also based upon the
leadership styles and its tools in different business to improves the performance of their
employees and team members.
Organisational structure and its framework also facilitate the nativity of efficient and
economic performance of business organization. It also helps in execution management and the
observation of operations that are occur in City college and Enterprise Car Rental. If the both
organisations are enable to establish coordination and cooperation among themselves so as it
increases the chances of goal accomplishment. Therefore, to enhance the productivity of
employees, managers should have to regulate effective motivational tools & techniques and
understand that how useful they are (Sandman and et. al., 2012). The above mentioned report is
based on teamwork and its effectiveness among business organisations so as they can easily
compete with external environment of the market.

Organisational structure and culture – The framework of business enterprise refers with
the system that can be used to describe the hierarchy. Organisational structure helps in to find out
the role and functions of job and where it have to be report among commercial enterprise. In

structure and culture, such are as follow:- Functional structure – the cited organisation, City college should have to follow that
kind of business framework. It helps in controlling and managing all functional activities
of company so as they are help in order to deliver tasks & assignments and align them
with the training & skills of employees. Functional structure is very easy to describe to
suppliers and workers whilst it also facilitate the interpersonal communication. So as it
also supports in problem or issue solving matters of businesses and make a pool that can
be share and recognised (Wong, Wong and Ngo, 2012). Usually this structure also assists
in the development of employers and leaders in order to functional peers and goal
achievement. Divisional structure – the model can be used in large industries so as it is beneficial for
organisations to operate their groups and products. The main benefit of this framework it
works more rapidly and specifically in order to accomplish goals and objectives from
target market.
Matrix structure – Another organisation, city College should have to follow that kind of
organisational model. It is a hybrid of functional and divisional organisation structure. As
the above mentioned organisation is a multi-national organisation so as matrix model is
really beneficial for it (Agarwal and et. al., 2012). Because it permits to the profits of
divisional and functional framework that can be exist in to single industry.

Organisational structure and culture, both factors are responsible for improving the

upgraded. So as it helps in to improving employees performance and their productivity with that
both two are able complete their targets and achieve goals or aims. It also helps in order to
improving the flow of communication so as managers and employees both can easily share
information with each other. For the both companies it is right to adopt an effective framework
and culture so as they can manages their transitions and functions in a very impelling manner.
Therefore, both support in long decision making process of the company so as it can stand in
market and able to compete with all external forces.

The behaviour of the organisation is responsible for understand the human behaviour for

effective way. In today's changing environment it is very important to maintain all activities and
operations that can be done through individuals and teams. So as here are various factors and
components that impact on employees performance and their productivity as well. These
elements also goes down the market growth or reputation of Enterprise car rental and City
college. If companies are not achieving their market success so as they are not capable to
perform well and gain profits (Farndale, Hope-Hailey and Kelliher, 2011). Along with this, there
are mention below the factors that affect on individual attitude and behaviour at work place, such
are as- Abilities- there are so many employees are work in car rental and city college business
organisation and every employee has own capabilities and skills. So as sometimes
managers gives more importance to the person who has higher knowledge and skills.
Then, it generate the feeling of jealousy among new or less capability person. Therefore,
all this process impact on his performance and effeminacy and an individual is not able to
do well at work place. Gender- managers also do partiality among male and female employees. Although
research certifies that men and women both workers are stand at same place in corporate
world, there job performance and mental abilities are also equal at there (Suppiah and
Singh Sandhu, 2011). It is a factors that may be influence work evaluation and allocation
in any commercial enterprise is the manager’s conceptualization and personal values.

are mention below the different types of leadership styles, that are as follow- Autocratic leadership- this kind of leadership style can be done with perception. The
manager of City college and Enterprise car rental, have to follow autocratic leadership
style so as they can take their decisions without any disturbance. It shows the lack of
communication between employers and workers (Watson, 2017). This sort of team
leaders are so confident and wants to highly maximise the performance of their groups
members. Bureaucratic leadership style- an autocratic leader does not needs a bureaucracy but both
goes together like a glove. In bureaucratic leadership style, employers implement direct
policies and strategies in their teams and they are strongly committed with work. Participative leadership style- in that leadership form, managers are involve in each and
every task of the company and it can be also called democratic leadership style. It added

boost morale and confidence of team members so as they can easily communicate with
